	It is hereby notified that the dates of commencement and receipt of admission forms and fee for the Pharm.D. First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, B.Pharmacy Fourth, Professional and Pharm.D. (Condensed) Annual Examination, 2008 have been fixed as under:

	1. Date of Commencement of Pharm.D. = 28th July, 2008 First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, (Monday) B.Pharmacy Fourth, Pharm. D. (Condensed), Annual Examination, 2008. 2. Last Date for receipt of admission forms = 30th June, 2008 & fee without late fee. (Monday) 3. Last Date With late fee of Rs. 400/- = 10th July, 2008 (Thursday) Admission Fee of Rs. 1500/- (for each Examination)

	Note:- The Male & Female Candidates must attach their three attested copies of passport size Photo-graph.
