View/Update Gradebook

Main Menu -> Self-Service -> Gradebook

The screen will show all the courses that the instructor is teaching in the selected Term/Semester. The faculty member can change the Term from the ?Select Term? drop down and press ?change? button to view the courses s/he is teaching in a different semester/term.

Faculty can press ?icon against the desired course to see the Gradebook of the class

The screen shows the marks that the instructor has entered for each student in each of the assignments. The instructor can change the marks as required.

The grading details are given in the Student Records user guide. Please consult the student records user guide for detail instructions on how to enter grades, update the grade roster and publish the official grade roster.
