Step by Step Procedure for Getting IUB – EVO at Student Package
 
  1. Download PTCL Service Order Form and IUB Certificate.  (Download IUB Certificate | Download Service Order Form PTCL)
  2. Fill the forms
  3. Attach followings:
      4. CNIC Copy of the applicant
      Copy of Employee/Student Card
      Last month paid Phone Bill Copy, if the applicant wants to add the Monthly EVO bill in his/her PTCL land line phone Bill. The Telephone must be in the Name of applicant.
  4. Signed/Stamped the forms by the Chairman/HoD/Incharge of the Department
  5. Verify the forms by Director IT, Baghdad Campus Phone: 9255483
  6. Contact PTCL Customer Service Center Main Telephone Exchange Model Town B.
