Goniometer

After Sales

Response time in case of failure within the warranty period must be two working days.
Parts and support must be provided for at least 10 years after installation.

The warranty and post warranty service must be organized from the bidder’s factory location and the direct contact between the customer and the bidder’s technical experts must be ensured.

  1. The best and final rates, should be quoted in foreign currency on C&F basis.
  2. Bidder must submit Principal’s Quotations/Performa Invoice in original duly signed, clearly indicating the complete specifications of each item as per tender inquiry.
  3. Letter of credit (L/C) will be opened by the Islamia University of Bahawalpur provided the exemption letter to the selected bidders.
  4. Validity of offered price should be minimum for 90 days from the date of opening of tender.
  5. The sole agent will be responsible for all the charges (clearing, freight, damerage etc.) for delivery of items at site.  
  1. Agreement on stamp paper @ 0.25 percent of total cost should be submitted by the firm.
  2. Offer must be supported with comprehensive technical literature and specifications in original (English) for the materials/goods offered.
  3. Where reference is made to any specific national or international standards, equal or higher quality standard will also be acceptable. In case, your offer conforms to standards other than quoted in the tender inquiry, you are required to submit the following documents along with your bid.
