A successful training workshop entitled Financial Management Strategies for Women-Led SMEs was organized by the SME Business Facilitation Center in collaboration with various esteemed organizations including the SDGs Collaboration Center and Fatima Jinnah Women Leadership Center, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur Business Hub, and Govt. College of Technology for Women. The training workshop aimed to empower women of south Punjab through financial knowledge management and financial inclusion. Financial inclusion has proven to be essential for female's independence and active participation in the economy, fosters women's involvement in finance and creates role models and opportunities for future generations. By motivating women in business, the training sought to empower them as successful entrepreneurs. The event featured distinguished speakers, including Dr. Rubina Bhatti, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Prof. Dr. Salman Bin Naeem, Director of the SDGs Collaboration Center, Fawad Ahmad, Manager Training, Dr. Mariam Abbas Soharwardi, Additional Director of the SDGs Collaboration Center, Prof. Dr. Samar Fahad, Director of the Fatima Jinnah Leadership Center and Qudsia Khokar, Manager of 1st Women Bank and Sumaira Saliha, Principal Govt. College of Technology for Women. Their contributions greatly enhanced the success of the event. More than 26 women entrepreneurs participated in the training session, where they not only gained valuable insights into SMEs and financial management but also had the opportunity to showcase their products at the end of the session. Certificates were distributed among the participants, acknowledging their active participation and commitment to entrepreneurship, ultimately aiming to bridge the gender gap and unleash the full potential of women in Pakistan's economy.

بہاول پور (پ) ایس ڈی جیز کولیبریشن سینٹر اور فاطمہ جناح ویمن لیڈرشپ سینٹر، اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی آف بہاولپور بزنس ہب اور گورنمنٹ کالج ٹیکنالوجی فار ویمن کے اشتراک سے خواتین کی زیر قیادت مالیاتی انتظامی حکمت عملی کے عنوان سے ایک تربیتی ورکشاپ منعقد ہوئی۔ تربیتی ورکشاپ کا مقصد مالیاتی علم کے انتظام اور مالی شمولیت کے ذریعے جنوبی پنجاب کی خواتین کو بااختیار بنانا تھا۔ مالیاتی شمولیت اور معیشت میں فعال شرکت کے لیے ضروری ثابت ہوئی ہے، مالیات میں خواتین کی شمولیت کو فروغ دیتی ہے اور آنے والی نسلوں کے لیے رول ماڈل اور مواقع پیدا کرتی ہے۔ خواتین کو کاروبار میں ترغیب دے کر، تربیت نے انہیں کامیاب کاروباری افراد کے طور پر بااختیار بنانے کی کوشش کی۔ تقریب میں ڈین فیکلٹی آف سوشل سائنسز پروفیسر ڈاکٹر روبینہ بھٹی، ڈائریکٹر ایس ڈی جیز کولیبریشن سنٹر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر سلمان بن نعیم، مینیجر ٹریننگ فواد احمد، ڈاکٹر مریم عباس سہروردی، ایڈیشنل ڈائریکٹر ایس ڈی جیز کولیبریشن سینٹر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر ثمر فہد، منیجر فرسٹ ویمن بینک قدسیہ کھوکر اور پرنسپل گورنمنٹ کالج آف ٹیکنالوجی برائے خواتین سمیرا صالح شریک تھیں۔ تربیتی سیشن میں 26 سے زائد کاروباری خواتین نے شرکت کی، جہاں انہوں نے نہ صرف SMEs اور مالیاتی انتظام کے بارے میں قیمتی بصیرت حاصل کی بلکہ سیشن کے اختتام پر انہیں اپنی مصنوعات کی نمائش کا موقع بھی ملا۔ ان کی فعال شرکت اور انٹرپرینیورشپ کے عزم کا اعتراف کرتے ہوئے، جس کا مقصد بالآخر صنفی فرق کو ختم کرنا اور پاکستان کی معیشت میں خواتین کی مکمل صلاحیتوں کو بروئے کار لانا تھا۔
