At IUB one-day seminar on the duties of performing official duties in line with the teachings of Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH).

Seerat Chair Islamia University of Bahawalpur organized a one-day seminar at Ghulam Muhammad Ghotvi Hall on the topic of the responsibility of fulfilling official duties in the light of the Seerat-un-Nabi (peace be upon him). The seminar was presided over by Professor Dr. Sheikh Shafiq-ur-Rehman, Dean, Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies. The guest of honor of the ceremony was Professor Allama Muhammad Yousuf Khan Sheikh-ul-Hadith, Jamia Ashrafia, Lahore. The duties of the Niqab were performed by Assistant Professor, Faculty of Arabic and Islamic Studies, Dr. Zohaib. Professor Dr. Hafiz Shafiq-ur-Rehman, Director Seerat Chair, delivered the welcoming remarks, and he expressed special gratitude to the organizers, all participants, and the guest of honor. The guest of honor of the event, Professor Allama Muhammad Yousuf Khan, in his special address, highlighted the importance of the responsibility of fulfilling one's duties in the light of the Seerat-un-Nabi (peace be upon him), clarified the importance and necessity of fulfilling one's duties, presented solutions and cooperation in the light of the Seerat-un-Nabi (peace be upon him) to solve the problems encountered in the daily affairs of the university and students, and also gave several suggestions to the attendees to fulfill one's duties, in the light of which an ideal society and a blessed environment can be established. He presented a chart of how the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) fulfilled his duties, what were the Prophetic principles, and presented that the responsibility of fulfilling the duties of the Prophet (peace be upon him) consists of four principles, recitation of verses, purification of the soul, teaching the Book of Allah, and wisdom, thanks to which he established an ideal society. Even today, there is a dire need to adopt the teachings of these same principles. Professor Dr. Sheikh Shafiq-ur-Rehman, Dean of the Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies, thanked the distinguished guests and said that the society of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) was based on two things, namely trust and honesty. And even today, our society can thrive in the light of these same principles. He thanked the Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Muhammad Kamran, for his support and patronage in the teachings of the Seerat-un-Nabi (peace be upon him). On this occasion, Dean Faculty of Social Sciences Professor Dr. Rubina Bhatti, Registrar Muhammad Shaji ur Rahman, Treasurer Dr. Abdul Sattar Zahoori, Director Public Relations Dr. Shahzad Ahmed Khalid, Additional Registrar Arif Ramooz, Senior Staff Officer Waseem Ahmed Siddiqui, senior journalist and member APNS Humayun Gulzar and students were present.

بہاولپور (پ ر) سیرت چیئر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے زیر اہتمام غلام محمد گھوٹوی ہال میں ایک روزہ سیمینار سیرت النبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی روشنی میں فرائض منصبی کی تکمیل کی ذمہ داری کے موضوع پر منعقد کیا گیا۔ سیمینار کی صدارت پروفیسر ڈاکٹر شیخ شفیق الرحمٰن ڈین فیکلٹی آف اسلامک اینڈ عریبک اسٹڈیز نے کی۔ تقریب کے مہمان اعزاز پروفیسر علامہ محمد یوسف خان شیخ الحدیث جامعہ اشرفیہ لاہور تھے۔ نقابت کے فرائض اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر فیکلٹی آف عریبک اینڈ اسلامک سٹڈیز ڈاکٹر ذوہیب نے ادا کیے۔ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر حافظ شفیق الرحمٰن ڈائریکٹر سیرت چیئر نے استقبالیہ اور خیر مقدمی کے کلمات ادا کیے، انہوں نے منتظمین، تمام شرکا، اور مہمان اعزاز  کا خصوصی شکریہ ادا کیا۔ تقریب کے مہمان اعزاز پروفیسر علامہ محمد یوسف خان  نے اپنے خصوصی خطاب میں حاضرین مجلس کے سامنے سیرت النبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی روشنی میں فرائض منصبی کی تکمیل کی ذمہ داری کی اہمیت کو خوب اجاگر کیا، ذمہ داری کی بجا آوری کی اہمیت  وضرورت کو واضح کیا، یونیورسٹی اور طلبہ و طالبات کی روز مرہ کے معاملات میں پیش آمدہ مسائل کے حل کے لیے سیرت نبوی کی روشنی میں حل وتعاون کا تعامل بھی پیش کیا، اس کے ساتھ ہی ذمہ داری کی تکمیل کے لیے حاضرین کو کئی تجاویز بھی دیں جس کی روشنی میں ایک مثالی معاشرے، بابرکت ماحول کا قیام عمل میں لایا جا سکتا۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کیسے اپنے فرائض منصبی کو سر انجام دیا، نبوی اصول کیا تھے اس کا چارٹ پیش کیا کہ فرائض منصب نبوی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی تکمیل کی ذمہ داری میں اصول اربعہ ہیں: آیات کی تلاوت، تزکیہ نفس، کتاب اللہ کی تعلیم، اور حکمت و دانائی، اس کی بدولت ایک مثالی معاشرہ قائم کیا۔ آج بھی انہی اصول کی تعلیمات کو اپنانے کی اشد ضرورت ہے۔ آخر میں صدرِ مجلس پروفیسر ڈاکٹر شیخ شفیق الرحمٰن ڈین فیکلٹی آف اسلامک اینڈ عریبک اسٹڈیز  نے معزز مہمانوں کا شکریہ ادا کیا، اور کہا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے معاشرے کی بنیاد دو چیزوں پر تھی اور وہ ہیں وہ ہے امانت و صداقت۔ اور آج بھی ہمارا معاشرہ بھی انہی اصولوں کی روشنی میں پروان چڑھ سکتا ہے۔ انہوں نے وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران کی سیرت النبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی تعلیمات میں معاونت اور سرپرستی پر شکریہ ادا کیا۔ اس موقع پر ڈین فیکلٹی آف سوشل سائنسز پروفیسر ڈاکٹر روبینہ بھٹی، رجسٹرار محمد شجیع الرحمن، خزانہ دار ڈاکٹر عبدالستار ظہوری، ڈائریکٹر پبلک ریلیشنز ڈاکٹر شہزاد احمد خالد، ایڈیشنل رجسٹرار عارف رموز، سینئر سٹاف افیسر وسیم احمد صدیقی، سینئر صحافی و ممبر اے پی این ایس ہمایوں گلزار اور طلبا و طالبات موجود تھے۔
