A delegation from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Bahawalpur and Bahawalnagar campuses represented Pakistan at the 3rd KARCIEF Conference and International Islamic Finance Olympiad (IIFO 2025) held in Konya, Türkiye. The prestigious event was hosted by KTO Karatay University, a historic institution tracing its roots to the 13th-century Karatay Madrasah. The 10-member delegation, led by the Faculty of Management Sciences and Commerce, included both students and faculty members who actively participated in the academic conference and the Olympiad. During the competition, IUB students engaged in various Islamic finance challenges alongside participants from several countries, showcasing their expertise and enhancing Pakistan’s presence on the global stage. Prof. Dr. Fevzi Rifat Ortaç, Rector of KTO Karatay University, and Dr Kamola ERGUN, chairperson of the conference expressed their gratitude for IUB’s valuable presence and academic contributions to the international forum.

اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے بہاولپور اور بہاولنگر کیمپسز کے ایک وفد نے ترکیہ کے شہر قونیہ میں منعقدہ تیسری کارثیف کانفرنس اور انٹرنیشنل اسلامک فنانس اولمپیاڈ میں پاکستان کی نمائندگی کی۔ اس بین الاقوامی ایونٹ کی میزبانی کراٹے یونیورسٹی نے کی جو ایک تاریخی ادارہ ہے اور تیرھویں صدی کے کراٹے مدرسہ سے جڑتا ہے۔ فیکلٹی آف مینجمنٹ سائنسز اینڈ کامرس کی قیادت میں دس رکنی وفد میں طلباءوطالبات اور فیکلٹی ممبران دونوں شامل تھے جنہوں نے اکیڈمک کانفرنس اور اولمپیاڈ میں سرگرمی سے حصہ لیا۔ میزبان یونیورسٹی کے ریکٹر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر فیوضی رفعت اورتک کانفرنس کی چیئرپرسن ڈاکٹر کامولا ایرگن نے بین الاقوامی فورم میں اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کی نمایاں موجودگی اور علمی شراکت پر اظہار تشکر کیا۔
