Celebration of birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah at the IUB.

The Department of Pakistan Studies, in collaboration with the Department of Law and the IUB Kashmir and Nazaria-e-Pakistan Society, organized a grand event to celebrate the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan, at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. The Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, in his message, expressed his pride in commemorating the Quaid's birth anniversary and emphasized the importance of instilling his values in the younger generation. He stated, "Quaid-e-Azam's vision and principles continue to guide us as we strive to make Pakistan a beacon of progress and harmony." The event, held in honor of Quaid-e-Azam's vision, leadership, and contributions to the creation of Pakistan, featured distinguished keynote speakers, Dr. Rubina Yasmeen and Dr. Ramzan Tahir, who shed light on the life, values, and ideology of Jinnah. Dr. Rubina Yasmeen, a prominent scholar, emphasized the Quaid's unwavering commitment to democracy, equality, and justice, urging students to follow his principles to build a prosperous and united Pakistan. Dr. Ramzan Tahir, a renowned academic, highlighted the Quaid's role in leading the Pakistan Movement and his vision for a peaceful, progressive, and inclusive nation. The event also included speeches by faculty members, students, and members of the Nazaria-e-Pakistan Society, who paid tribute to the Quaid's legacy. A special documentary on Jinnah's life and his struggle for independence was screened, inspiring the audience to reflect on his ideals. The event concluded with a resolution to uphold Jinnah's vision for Pakistan and to work collectively for the nation's progress and unity.

شعبہ پاکستان اسٹڈیز نے شعبہ قانون اور آئی یو بی کشمیر اور نظریہ پاکستان سوسائٹی کے اشتراک سے اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور میں بانی پاکستان قائد اعظم محمد علی جناح کے یوم پیدائش کی مناسبت سے غلام محمد گھوٹوی ہال عباسیہ کیمپس میں سیمینار کا انعقاد کیا۔ وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران نے اپنے پیغام میں قائد کے یوم ولادت کے موقع پر نوجوان نسل میں ان کی اقدار کو ابھارنے کی اہمیت پر زور دیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ قائداعظم کا وژن اور اصول ہماری رہنمائی کرتے ہیں کیونکہ ہم پاکستان کو ترقی اور ہم آہنگی کا مینار بنانے کی کوشش کررہے ہیں۔ قائداعظم کے وژن، قیادت اور پاکستان کی تخلیق میں شراکت کے اعزاز میں منعقد ہونے والی اس تقریب میں کلیدی مقررین ڈاکٹر روبینہ یاسمین اور ڈاکٹر رمضان طاہر نے شرکت کی جنہوں نے جناح کی زندگی، اقدار اور نظریے پر روشنی ڈالی۔ چیئرپرسن شعبہ پاکستان اسٹڈیز ڈاکٹر روبینہ یاسمین نے جمہوریت، مساوات اور انصاف کے لیے قائد کے غیر متزلزل عزم پر زور دیتے ہوئے طلباء پر زور دیا کہ وہ خوشحال اور متحد پاکستان کی تعمیر کے لیے ان کے اصولوں پر عمل کریں۔ ایڈوائزر آئی یوبی کشمیر اینڈ نظریہ پاکستان سوسائٹی ڈاکٹر رمضان طاہر نے تحریک پاکستان کی رہنمائی میں قائد کے کردار اور ایک پرامن، ترقی پسند اور جامع قوم کے لیے ان کے وژن پر روشنی ڈالی۔ نظامت کے فرائض آصف عثمان نے سر انجام دیئے۔ تقریب میں ڈاکٹر فیاض انور، ڈاکٹر سعید احمد، ڈاکٹر محمد اکرام اللہ خان، ڈاکٹر محمد راشد، فیکلٹی ممبران، طلباء وطالبات نے شرکت کی۔
