Ayub Agricultural Research Institute, Faisalabad organized a seminar on awareness on intercropping of maize and soybean. Prof. Dr. Tanveer Turabi Director Cholistan Institute of Desert Studies the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Dr. Abid Awan CEO PARB Lahore, Dr. Shahid Mansoor Director NIBGE, Prof. Dr. Shehzad Maqsood Ahmed Basra Chairman Department of Agronomy University of Agriculture Faisalabad and Muhammad Aftab Chief Scientist Oilseed Research Institute Faisalabad presided over the seminar. Dr. Muhammad Ali Raza, Assistant Professor, Department of Cholistan Institute of Desert Studies, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur addressed the seminar participants. He highlighted the importance, usefulness and results of his five years of experience in intercropping of maize and soybean and received a lot of praise from the participants. At the same time, he addressed the concerns of farmers and businessmen regarding the intercropping of maize and soybeans and gave them further guidance in this regard so that they could cultivate more corn and soybeans.

بہاولپور ایوب ایگریکلچرل ریسرچ انسٹیٹیوٹ فیصل آباد نے مکئی اور سویابین کی انٹر کراپنگ کاشت سے آگاہی کے سلسلے میں ایک سیمینار کا انعقاد کیا۔ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر تنویر ترابی صاحب ڈائریکٹر چولستان انسٹیٹیوٹ آف ڈیزرٹ سٹڈیزاسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور، ڈاکٹر عابد اعوان سی ای او PARB لاہور، ڈاکٹر شاہد منصور ڈائریکٹر NIBGE، پروفیسر ڈاکٹر شہزاد مقصود احمد بسرا چیئرمین شعبہ ایگرانومی یونیورسٹی آف ایگریکلچر فیصل آباد اور محمد آفتاب چیف سائنٹسٹ آئل سیڈ ز ریسرچ انسٹیٹیوٹ فیصل آباد نے سیمینار کی صدارت کی۔ ڈاکٹر محمد علی رضا اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر شعبہ چولستان انسٹیٹیوٹ آف ڈیزرٹ سٹڈیز اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور نے سیمینار کے شرکاء سے خطاب کیا۔ انہوں نے مکئی اور سویابین کی انٹر کراپنگ کاشت کی اہمیت،افادیت اور اپنے پانچ سالہ تجربات سے حاصل کردہ نتائج پر روشنی ڈالی اور شرکاء سے بہت زیادہ داد وصول کی۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ انہوں نے مکئی اور سویابین کی انٹر کراپنگ کاشت کے سلسلے میں کاشتکاروں اور کاروباری حضرات کے خدشات کو دور کیا اور اس ضمن میں اُن کی مزید رہنمائی کی تاکہ وہ زیادہ سے زیادہ مکئی اور سویابین کی انٹر کراپنگ کاشت کریں۔
