Directorate of Career Counseling and Placement Center (CCPC)

Career Counseling and Placement Center (CCPC) is a newly established Directorate at IUB. Headed by Director Career Counseling and Placement Center, the scope of CCPC covers:

1. Career Counseling for Graduating Students
2. Training and Skills Development of Students
3. Making our Graduates Ready to embark Upon Career Paths
4. Establishing Industrial Linkages and Collaborations
5. Creating Opportunities for Internship and Placements of Students
6. Arranging Expert Talks and Seminars for Academic and Soft Skills Development of Students
7. Employer Branding of IUB with Quality of Graduates and other USPS
8. Promotions of IUB Research to Industrial Stakeholder for Onboarding, Scalability and Partnering
9. Partnering with Internal and External Stakeholders of IUB for Mutual Support and Collaborations

The Directorate of CCPC aims at becoming a grooming and skills development center for students, where students are prepared to face challenges of real world after graduation. CCPC ensures handholding of students (fresh and graduating batches) for preparing them to be sellable for employability and next level of their career.
