The Islamia University of Bahawalpur's Executive Training Center Partners with Time Institute to offer 1000 Free Training Programs
In a remarkable step towards fostering education and skill development, the Executive Training Center at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Time Institute. This collaborative effort aims to provide 1000 free training programs in the fields of E-commerce, Freelancing, and IT Technologies to students of IUB and the wider Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan and Bahawalnagar community. The MOU signing ceremony took place at the Vice Chancellor's Secretariat, Baghdad ul Jadeed Campus, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. The event brought together prominent figures from both institutions, including Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar, Vice-Chancellor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur and Mr. Saif Ullah, Director of Time Institute. During the briefing session, the ETC team highlighted their impressive track record of the last three years, marking this as their 12th MOU with corporate and development sectors. Over this period, the ETC has successfully organized more than 470 training programs and workshops, benefiting over 17,000 individuals, including professionals and students. Prof. Dr. Jawad Iqbal, Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences and Patron of Executive Training Center, expressed his enthusiasm for this collaboration, emphasizing the importance of providing quality training opportunities to students and the local community. He stated, "This partnership signifies our commitment to empower the youth with essential skills that are highly relevant in today's fast-evolving job market." The signing of this MOU marks a promising step towards enhancing educational opportunities and fostering local talent in Bahawalpur. It reflects the commitment of both the Executive Training Center at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur and Time Institute to empower individuals with the skills needed to excel in the digital age.
