Vice Chancellor the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, has said that the second International Arabic Conference organized under the auspices of the Faculty of Islamic Learning and Arabic Studies was a historic and memorable event for the promotion of inter-Muslim unity. Renowned Arabic language experts from the Middle East, the Arab world and Pakistani universities participated in the conference. The Vice Chancellor expressed this during a meeting with Dean Faculty of Islamic Learning Prof. Dr. Sheikh Shafiq-ur-Rehman, Dean Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Prof. Dr. Khalid Mansoor, Director Seerat Chair Prof. Dr. Hafiz Sheikh Shafiq-ur-Rehman and renowned social personality Chaudhry Abdul Khaliq Gill in his office. The dignitaries present on the occasion thanked the Vice Chancellor for his special patronage and guidance in organizing the international conference. The Vice Chancellor presented a commendation shield to Chaudhry Abdul Khaliq Gill for his assistance in the conference and for his special visit to the Cholistan Desert for the delegates. Chaudhry Abdul Khaliq Gill thanked the Vice Chancellor and teachers and appreciated their efforts to promote teaching and research activities at the university.

بہاولپور (پ ر) وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران نے کہا ہے کہ فیکلٹی آف اسلامک لرننگ اینڈ عریبک اسٹڈیز کے زیر اہتمام منعقد ہونے والی دوسری بین الاقوامی عربی کانفرنس اتحاد بین المسلمین کے فروغ کا ایک تاریخی اور یادگار ایونٹ تھا۔ اس کانفرنس میں مشرق وسطی سمیت عرب دنیا اور پاکستانی جامعات سے عربی زبان کے نامور ماہر مندوبین شریک ہوئے۔ وائس چانسلر نے اس بات کا اظہار اپنے دفتر میں ڈین فیکلٹی آف اسلامک لرننگ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر شیخ شفیق الرحمن، ڈین فیکلٹی آف ویٹرنری اینڈ اینمل سائنسز پروفیسر ڈاکٹر خالد منصور، ڈائریکٹر سیرت چیئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر حافظ شیخ شفیق الرحمن اور نامور سماجی شخصیت چوہدری عبدالخالق گل سے ایک ملاقات کے دوران کیا۔ اس موقع پر موجود معززین نے بین الاقوامی کانفرنس کے انعقاد میں خصوصی سرپرستی اور رہنمائی پر وائس چانسلر کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔ وائس چانسلر نے کانفرنس میں معاونت اور مندوبین کے لئے صحرائے چولستان کے خصوصی دورے پر چوہدری عبدالخالق گل کو توصیفی شیلڈ عطا کی۔ چوہدری عبدالخالق گل نے وائس چانسلر اور اساتذہ کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوے جامعہ میں تدریسی و تحقیقی سرگرمیوں کے فروغ کی کاوشوں کو سراہا۔
