Bus Service for students of Ahmedpur East

The Islamia University of Bahawalpur has initiated a special bus service for students of Ahmed Pur East. This was stated by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hussain Tahir, Principal Officer Transport. He said that University has already launched bus service for students of Lodhran, Lal Sohanra, Yazman, Musafir Khana and Khairpur Tammewali. On request of parents and students living in Ahmed Pur East and adjoining areas also requested the Vice-Chancellor Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob to provide bus service which will facilitate them to reach campus in a safe and comfortable transport on daily bases. In this way higher education has reached on door steps of students which is truly according to the vision of the present government. Meanwhile political and social circles have lauded this initiative of the university. Initially this bus service has been started for students who want to visit the campus to complete laboratory work as classes have already been converted to online means due to Covid 19. The students boarding on this bus service will fully follow Covid 19 safety measures.

انجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور نے احمد پور شرقیہ سے تعلق رکھنے والے طلباء وطالبات کے لیے خصوصی بس سروس چلانے کا اعلان کر دیا۔ پرنسپل آفیسر ٹرانسپورٹ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد حسین طاہر نے بتایا کہ وائس چانسلر نے احمد پور شریقہ سے تعلق رکھنے والے طلباء وطالبات اور والدین کی دوخواست   پر خصوصی بس سروس چلانے کا اعلان کیاگیا ہے۔ یہ بس سروس صرف ان ریسرچ کرنے والے طلباء وطالبات کے لیے چلائی جائے گی جنہوں نے لیبارٹریوں میں عملی کام مکمل کرنا ہے۔ انہوں نے مزید بتایا کہ یہ بس سروس کل مورخہ 24نومبر2020سے صبح8:30بجے عباسیہ چوک ڈیرہ نواب صاحب سے روانہ ہو گی۔ بس سروس کے دوران کووڈ19کے ایس اوپیز پر مکمل عملدرآمد کیا جائے گا۔ اس سلسلے میں ٹرانسپورٹ سپروائزرسے03008680778پر رابطہ کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
