Dr. Muhammad Usman Mustafa, Lecturer at Institute of Physics, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, marked a significant international academic presence at Global Brain Consortium Annual Assembly 2026 and Belt and Road International Conference on Brain Health and Brain-Apparatus Communication, held in Chengdu, China. Dr. Usman served as a member of Global Brain Consortium 2026 Organizing Committee and also chaired the scientific session Clinical, Translational and Systems Neuroscience, bringing together researchers working across brain health, neuroimaging, computational neuroscience, and translational research. Currently he is associated with University of Electronic Science and Technology of China under Talented Young Scientist Program. His role in International Conference highlights the international research footprint of The Islamia University of Bahawalpur.

ڈاکٹر محمد عثمان مصطفی لیکچرر انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف فزکس اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور نے چین کے شہر چینگڈو میں منعقدہ گلوبل برین کنسورشیم کی سالانہ اسمبلی 2026 اور بیلٹ اینڈ روڈ بین الاقوامی کانفرنس برائے برین ہیلتھ اینڈ برین اپریٹس کمیونیکیشن میں شرکت کی۔ ڈاکٹر عثمان نے گلوبل برین کنسورشیم 2026 آرگنائزنگ کمیٹی کے ایک رکن کے طور پر شرکت کی اور سائنسی سیشن کلینیکل ٹرانسلیشنل اور سسٹمز نیورو سائنس کی صدارت کی جس میں دماغی صحت نیورو امیجنگ کمپیوٹیشنل نیورو سائنس اور ٹرانسلیشنل ریسرچ پر کام کرنے والے محققین کو اکٹھا کیا گیا ۔ ڈاکٹر عثمان مصطفی آجکل ٹیلنٹڈ ینگ سائنٹسٹ پروگرام کے تحت چین کی یونیورسٹی آف الیکٹرانک سائنس اینڈ ٹیکنالوجی سے وابستہ ہیں۔ بین الاقوامی کانفرنس میں ان کا کردار اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے بین الاقوامی تحقیقی نقش کو اجاگر کرتا ہے۔
