Experts from Tallin University of Technology, Estonia, paid a visit to the IUB and met with VC Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran

Vice Chancellor the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, has said that the mutual collaboration of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur with top universities of developed countries in teaching and research is a significant step. Mutual cooperation in various fields of modern technology will prove beneficial for teachers and researchers. The Vice Chancellor expressed these views while talking to experts from Tallin University of Technology, Estonia. Dean Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Muhammad Amjad was also present on this occasion. Prof. Dr. Ants Kallaste and Prof. Dr. Thoomas Vaimann from Tallin University of Technology, Estonia were present. On this occasion discussions were held on faculty exchange and mutual cooperation in areas related to electrical machine design between the two universities. By joining the proposed consortium to be established in the field of electrical engineering with Islamia University of Bahawalpur and University of Technology, Estonia and six other universities, teaching and research opportunities will be available for teachers and researchers in these countries. Focal Person Engineer Dr. Bilal Asad, Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering and other officers were present on this occasion.

بہاولپور (پ ر) وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران نے کہا ہے کہ ترقی یافتہ ممالک کی اعلیٰ جامعات سے اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کا تدریس و تحقیق میں باہمی اشتراک خوش آئند امر ہے۔ جدید ٹیکنالوجی کے شعبے میں باہمی تعاون اساتذہ اور محققین کے لیے مفید ثابت ہوگا۔ وائس چانسلر نے ان خیالات کا اظہار ٹالن یونیورسٹی آف ٹیکنالوجی، ایسٹونیا سے آئے ہوئے ماہرین سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کیا۔ اس موقع پر ڈین فیکلٹی آف انجینئرنگ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد امجد بھی موجود تھے۔ ٹالن یونیورسٹی آف ٹیکنالوجی، ایسٹونیا سے پروفیسر ڈاکٹر انٹس کالسٹے اور پروفیسر ڈاکٹر تھامس ویمان موجود تھے۔ اس موقع پر دونوں جامعات کے مابین فیکلٹی ایکسچینج اور الیکٹریکل مشین ڈیزائن سے متعلقہ شعبوں میں باہمی تعاون کے لیے تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا۔ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور اور یونیورسٹی آف ٹیکنالوجی، ایسٹونیا اور دیگر چھ جامعات کے ساتھ الیکٹریکل انجینئرنگ کے شعبے میں قائم کنسورشیم میں شامل ہو کر اساتذہ اور محققین کے لیے ان ممالک میں تدریس و تحقیق کے مواقعے میسر ہوں گے۔ اس موقع پر فوکل پرسن انجینئر ڈاکٹر بلال اسد اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر شعبہ الیکٹریکل انجینئرنگ اور دیگر افسران موجود تھے۔
