Dr. Waqas Mahmood, Assistant Professor, Department of Educational Training, Faculty of Education, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB), has successfully completed an internationally collaborative research project supported under the INTI IU Research Seed Grant Phase 1/2024 of INTI International University, Nilai, Malaysia. Prof. Dr. Mohd Sofian Omar Fauzees, INTI International University, Malaysia, served as the Principal Researcher, while Dr. Waqas Mahmood participated as a Co-Researcher and contributed to the international research collaboration. The project brought together researchers from Malaysia, Pakistan, and Indonesia, reflecting the growing international engagement of IUB faculty in collaborative educational research. The study focused on the relationship between school climate, student motivation, and learning strategies, using the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) in the context of Elite MARA Boarding Schools in Kelantan and Kedah, Malaysia. The successful completion of the project represents a significant achievement in strengthening international research linkages between The Islamia University of Bahawalpur and INTI International University, Malaysia. It also demonstrates the commitment of IUB faculty members to engaging in externally supported research and contributing to evidence-based educational development. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, Vice Chancellor, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, appreciated the research engagement of Dr. Waqas Mahmood and emphasized the importance of international research collaboration in enhancing the University’s global academic profile. Prof. Dr. Irshad Hussain, Dean, Faculty of Education, IUB, also appreciated the successful completion of the project and encouraged faculty members to pursue further international research collaborations, competitive research opportunities, and joint publications with leading institutions abroad. Dr. Waqas Mahmood expressed his gratitude to the leadership of The Islamia University of Bahawalpur and INTI International University for supporting international academic and research collaboration. اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی آف بہاولپورکے فیکلٹی آف ایجوکیشن شعبہ ایجوکیشنل ٹریننگ کے اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر وقاص محمود نے ریسرچ سیڈ گرانٹ فیز 1/2024 برائے انٹی انٹرنیشنل یونیورسٹی نیلائی ملائشیا میں بین الاقوامی تحقیقی منصوبہ کامیابی سے مکمل کر لیا ہے۔یہ تحقیقی منصوبہ کیلنتان اور کیداہ، ملائیشیا میں ایلیٹ MARA بورڈنگ اسکولوں میں طلباء کی حوصلہ افزائی اور سیکھنے کی حکمت عملیوں پر اسکول کے ماحول کا اثرکے عنوان سے مکمل کیا گیا۔ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر موحد صوفیان عمر فوزیز انٹی انٹرنیشنل یونیورسٹی نیلائی ملائشیانے اس منصوبے میں پرنسپل ریسرچرکے طور پر خدمات انجام دیں، جبکہ ڈاکٹر وقاص محمود نے کو ریسرچر کے طور پر حصہ لیا اور بین الاقوامی تحقیقی تعاون میں اپنا کردار ادا کیا۔ اس منصوبے میں ملائیشیا، پاکستان اور انڈونیشیا سے تعلق رکھنے والے محققین شامل تھے۔تحقیق میں اسکول کے ماحول، طلبہ کی تعلیمی حوصلہ افزائی اور سیکھنے کی حکمتِ عملیوں کے باہمی تعلق کا جائزہ لیا گیا۔ اس تحقیقی منصوبے کی کامیاب تکمیل اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی آف بہاولپور اور انٹی انٹرنیشنل یونیورسٹی نیلائی ملائشیا کے درمیان بین الاقوامی تحقیقی روابط کو مضبوط بنانے میں ایک اہم پیش رفت ہے۔ یہ کامیابی اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پورکے اس عزم کی بھی عکاسی کرتی ہے کہ اس کے اساتذہ بین الاقوامی تحقیقی تعاون، بیرونی معاونت سے چلنے والے تحقیقی منصوبوں اور شواہد پر مبنی تعلیمی تحقیق میں فعال کردار ادا کریں۔وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی آف بہاولپور پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران نے ڈاکٹر وقاص محمود کی بین الاقوامی تحقیقی سرگرمیوں کو سراہتے ہوئے یونیورسٹی کے عالمی علمی و تحقیقی تشخص کو بہتر بنانے کے لیے بین الاقوامی تحقیقی تعاون کی اہمیت پر زور دیا۔فیکلٹی آف ایجوکیشن کے ڈین پروفیسر ڈاکٹر ارشاد حسین نے بھی تحقیقی منصوبے کی کامیاب تکمیل کو سراہا اور فیکلٹی کے اساتذہ کو بین الاقوامی تحقیقی تعاون، مسابقتی تحقیقی مواقع اور دنیا کے معروف تعلیمی و تحقیقی اداروں کے ساتھ مشترکہ تحقیقی و اشاعتی سرگرمیوں میں مزید فعال کردار ادا کرنے کی ترغیب دی۔
