On October 21, 2025, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur organized the first-ever Tech Expo. During this activity, Commander 31 Corps Bahawalpur Lieutenant General Muhammad Aqeel (Hilal-e-Imtiaz Military) and Vice Chancellor IUB Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran presented certificates of appreciation to IUB researchers who are among the Stanford 2% World Scientists.
