IBMAS, IUB organized a highly successful recruitment drive for final semester undergraduate and postgraduate students

In alignment with the vision of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, Vice Chancellor of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, the Institute of Business, Management, and Administrative Sciences (IBMAS) organized a highly successful recruitment drive for final-semester undergraduate and postgraduate students. Three leading companies participated in the event, offering career opportunities to bright minds from the region. Over 60 students appeared for interviews during the drive, and nearly 10 students were successfully placed in reputable organizations. Prior to this initiative, IBMAS had already facilitated the placement of 20 students in various roles, further demonstrating its commitment to fostering academia-industry linkages. Speaking during the event, the Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences & Commerce emphasized IBMAS's leading role in South Punjab for bridging the gap between academia and industry. Despite limited industrial activity in the region, IBMAS continues to create valuable job opportunities for its graduates in Bahawalpur. He further added that IBMAS is also focusing on professional development and skill enhancement of final year students to increase their employability chances. Dr. Ali Junaid Khan, the focal person for the recruitment drive, highlighted that IBMAS is actively engaging with additional companies, with plans underway to secure further job placements for graduates. This recruitment drive marks another milestone for IBMAS in its mission to prepare students for professional excellence and contribute to the region's socio-economic growth.

بہاولپور (پ ر) اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران کے وژن کے تحت انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف بزنس مینجمنٹ اینڈ  ایڈمنسٹریٹو سائنسز (IBMAS) نے گریجویٹ اور پوسٹ گریجویٹ طلبہ کے لیے ریکروٹمنٹ ڈرائیو کا انعقاد کیا۔ تین معروف کمپنیوں نے اس ڈرائیو میں شرکت کی، جس کے دوران 60 سے زائد طلباء نے انٹرویوز دیے، اور 10 طلباء کو مختلف اداروں میں روزگار ملا۔ یہ آئی بی ایم اے ایس کی اکیڈمیا اور انڈسٹری کے درمیان روابط کو مضبوط کرنے کی ایک اور کامیاب کوشش ہے۔ڈین، فیکلٹی آف مینجمنٹ سائنسز اینڈ کامرس، پروفیسر ڈاکٹر جواد اقبال نے اس ڈرائیو کے حوالے سے اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ جنوبی پنجاب میں محدود صنعتی مواقع کے باوجود، آئی بی ایم اے ایس نہ صرف طلباء کے لیے ملازمت کے مواقع پیدا کررہا ہے بلکہ ان کی مہارتوں اور پیشہ ورانہ قابلیت کو بڑھانے پر بھی توجہ دے رہا ہے۔ ڈاکٹر علی جنید خان، فوکل پرسن برائے ریکروٹمنٹ ڈرائیو، نے کہا کہ آئی بی ایم اے ایس مزید کمپنیوں کے ساتھ رابطے میں ہے اور جلد ہی مزید طلباء کو ملازمت فراہم کرنے کے مواقع پیدا ہوں گے۔ یہ ریکروٹمنٹ ڈرائیو نہ صرف انسٹی ٹیوٹ کی تعلیمی برتری کو اجاگر کرتی ہے بلکہ خطے کی سماجی و اقتصادی ترقی میں اس کے اہم کردار کی نشاندہی بھی کرتی ہے۔
