In observance of 'Kashmir Black Day,' a rally was held at the Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus of The Islamia University of Bahawalpur led by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran.

In observance of 'Kashmir Black Day,' a rally was held at the Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus of The Islamia University of Bahawalpur led by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran. The rally was attended by Pro-Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Rubina Bhatti, deans, faculty members, and hundreds of students. In his address, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran stated that the hearts of the Pakistani people beat in unison with the people of Kashmir. Since the very beginning, Pakistan has consistently provided diplomatic and moral support for the Kashmiris' right to self-determination. The Kashmir issue is highlighted on every global platform, and human rights violations against the Kashmiri people are brought to the attention of the international community. Prof. Dr. Rubina Bhatti remarked that the day of freedom for the Kashmiris is drawing near; the time is not far off when they, too, will be blessed with the gift of freedom alongside their Pakistani brothers and sisters. Meanwhile, organized by the IUB Literary and Debating Society, a series of discussions took place at the Prime Minister’s Youth Development Centre to mark Kashmir Black Day. Under the supervision of Dr. Zeeshan Tabassum from the Department of Urdu, students delivered speeches on the theme: "Kashmir: An Unfulfilled Promise, An Incomplete Freedom."

یوم سیاہ کشمیر کے سلسلے میں اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور میں وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران کی قیادت میں بغدادالجدید کیمپس میں ریلی نکالی گئی۔ریلی میں پرووائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر روبینہ بھٹی ڈینز اساتزہ کرام اور سینکڑوں طلبہ طالبات نے شرکت کی۔وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران نے اپنے خطاب میں کہا کہ پاکستانیوں کے دل کشمیری عوام کے ساتھ دھڑکتے ہیں ۔ پاکستان روز اول سے کشمیریوں کے حق خود ارادیت کے حصول کے لیے سفارتی اور اخلاقی حمایت جاری رکھے ہوئے ہے۔اور دنیا کے ہر پلیٹ فارم پر مسئلہ کشمیر کو اجاگر کیا جاتا ہے اور کشمیریوں پر ہونے والی انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں کو عالمی ایوانوں تک پہنچایا جاتا ہے۔پروفیسر ڈاکٹر روبینہ بھٹی نے کہا کشمیریوں کی آزادی کا دن بہت قریب ہے اور وہ دن دور نہیں جب وہ پاکستانی بہنوں اور بھائیوں کے ساتھ آزادی کی نعمت سے سرفراز ہوں گے۔دریں اثناء آئی یوبی لٹریری اینڈ ڈیبیٹنگ سوسائٹی کے زیر اہتمام یوم سیاہ کشمیر کے حوالے سے پرائم منسٹر یوتھ ڈویلپمنٹ سینٹر میں مباحثوں کا اہتمام کیا گیا۔ڈاکٹر ذیشان تبسم شعبہ اردو کی زیر نگرانی ان مباحثوں میں طلباو و طالبات نے کشمیر ایک ادھورا وعدہ ایک نامکمل آزادی کے عنوان پر تقاریر پیش کیں۔
