The Directorate of Fundraising and University advancement was established in 2021 under visionary leadership of Worthy Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob with the purpose to advancement, liaison building, fundraising for academics and self-sustainability of IUB. It has been witnessed that universities across the globe are diversifying funding sources to develop and expand with minimum government support for higher education. Keeping in view increasing restrictions and limited government resources, there was dire need to establish Directorate of Fundraising and University Advancement in IUB. This will contribute in exploiting fund sources, optimization and exploring new avenues to sustain continuous development in the university. This will help motivate enthusiastic needy students from remote and rural areas to continue academic actuality, excel in their careers and become productive contributors in national development. The Directorate will create awareness for new degree programs, higher education, network with the society and generate support for university academic programs, research and infrastructure.
