Message from Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran on the beginning of holy month Ramadan

On the occasion of the beginning of the month of Ramadan, Vice Chancellor of Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Professor Dr. Muhammad Kamran, has said that the beloved homeland is an ideological state and it is our religious duty to spread the best Islamic teachings at all levels to put the Islamic ideology of life into practice. The holy Ramadan is approaching us with its mercy and blessings. We should illuminate our hearts and minds with the light of the Quran in the blessed hours of Ramadan. Special seminars, lectures, and Quranic study programs have been started in all campuses in connection with the welcome of Ramadan. A Quran comprehension course is being organized under the auspices of the Faculty of Islamic Learning so that teachers, employees, and students can benefit from the translation of the Holy Quran during the holy month. In this special program, special lessons will be given on topics like the revelation of the Quran, the blessings of reciting the Holy Quran, the purposes and objectives of fasting, patience and piety, love for the poor and needy, unity among Muslims, tolerance and tolerance, discipline and discipline, and etiquette of worship. The Vice Chancellor prayed that the holy month may bring unity, peace, and prosperity to the beloved homeland and the Islamic nation and that we all may be blessed with fasting and prayers.

ماہ رمضان المبارک کے آغاز کے موقع پر وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران نے کہا ہے کہ وطنِ عزیز ایک نظریاتی مملکت ہے اور اسلامی نظریہ حیات کو روبہ عمل لانے کے لیے ہر سطح پر تعلیماتِ اسلامی کی بہترین اشاعت ہمارا دینی فریضہ ہے۔ رمضان المبارک اپنی رحمتوں اور برکتوں کے ساتھ ہم پر سایہ فگن ہے۔ ہمیں چاہیے کہ رمضان الکریم کی بابرکت ساعتوں میں اپنے قلوب و اذہان کو قرآن کے نور سے منور کریں۔ استقبال رمضان کے سلسلے میں تمام کیمپسز میں خصوصی سیمینار، لیکچرز اور درس قرآن کے پروگراموں کا آغاز کردیا گیا ہے۔ فیکلٹی آف اسلامک لرننگ کے زیر اہتمام قران فہمی کورس منعقد کیا جارہا ہے تاکہ اساتذہ، ملازمین اور طلباء و طالبات ماہ مقدس میں قران پاک کے ترجمے سے مستفید ہوسکیں۔ اس خصوصی پروگرام میں نزولِ قرآن، تلاوتِ قرآن پاک کی برکات، روزے کے اغراض و مقاصد، صبر و تقویٰ، محبتِ فقراء و مساکین ، اتحاد بین المسلمین، تحمل اور رواداری، نظم و ضبط اور آدابِ بندگی جیسے موضوعات پر خصوصی درس دیئے جائیں گے۔ وائس چانسلر نے دعا کی کہ ماہ مقدس وطن عزیز اور ملت اسلامیہ کے لیے اتحاد، سلامتی اور خوشحالی کا باعث بنے اور ہم سب کو روزے رکھنے اور زیادہ سے زیادہ عبادات کی سعادت حاصل ہو۔
