IUB and ECP conducted the "Chiragh Se Chirag" Voter Awareness Workshop on Voter Awareness for the Young Generation.

The "Chiragh Se Chirag" Voter Awareness Workshop on Voter Awareness for the Young Generation, organized by the Election Commission of Pakistan, was held in collaboration with the Department of Political Science, Islamia University of Bahawalpur. The workshop highlighted the importance of voters and convinced the young generation that youth are the capital of the nation. The active role of youth strengthens and energizes the democratic process. The ceremony was attended by District Election Commissioner Muhammad Qayyum, Chairman Political Science Department Professor Dr. Mussawir Hussain Bukhari, Dr. Sarfaz Batool Associate Professor, Lecturer Rao Waleed, Social Workers Muhammad Ansar Kamboh, Dr. Naveed Mohsin Chohan, Chaudhry Anis Kamboh, Sania Iqbal. District Chairman Election Commissioner Muhammad Qayyum said that everyone, whether young or old, has equal voting rights. All the youth should register their votes and exercise this right to strengthen the democratic process. He provided awareness about the process of vote registration and voting. Professor Dr. Musswir Hussain Bukhari, Ansar Kamboh, Dr. Mohsin Chauhan, Rao Waleed, and Anis Kamboh also spoke about the importance of voting and registration in their speeches.

بہاولپور (پ ر) الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان کے زیر انتظام نوجوان نسل کو ووٹر آگاہی سے متعلق ''چراغ سے چراغ'' جلتا ہے ووٹر آگاہی ورکشاپ شعبہ پولیٹیکل سائنس اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے باہمی اشتراک سے منعقد ہوئی۔ ورکشاپ میں ووٹر کی اہمیت کو اجاگر کیا گیا اور نوجوان نسل کو باور کروایا گیا کہ نوجوان قوم کا سرمایہ ہیں۔ نوجوانوں کا فعال کردار جمہوری عمل کو مضبوط و توانا کرتا ہے۔ تقریب میں ڈسٹرکٹ الیکشن کمشنر محمد قیوم، چیئرمین پولیٹیکل سائنس ڈیپارٹمنٹ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر مُصور حسین بخاری، ایسو سی ایٹ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر سرفراز بتول،  لیکچرار راو ولید، سماجی کارکنان  محمد انصر کمبوہ، ڈکٹر نوید محسن چوہان،  چوہدری انیس کمبوہ، ثانیہ اقبال نے شرکت کی۔ ضلعی چیئرمین الیکش کمیشنر محمد قیوم نے کہا کہ نوجوان نسل ہو یا بوڑھا ہر ایک کے ووٹ کے حقوق برابر ہیں۔ تمام نوجوانوں کو اپنا ووٹ کا اندراج کروا کر اس حق کو استعمال کرکے جمہوری عمل کو مضبوط بنانا چاہیئے۔ انہوں نے ووٹ کے اندراج و ووٹ ڈالنے کے عمل سے متعلق آگاہی فراہم کی۔ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر مُصور حسین بخاری، انصر کمبوہ، ڈاکٹر محسن چوہان، راو ولید، انیس کمبوہ نے بھی اپنی تقریر میں ووٹ کی اہمیت و اندراج سے متعلق آگاہ کیا۔
