IUB Culture Promotion Society Directorate of Students Affairs The Islamia University of Bahawalpur organized a Cultural Peace Walk to mark the International Day of Peace at the Baghdad ul Jadeed Campus. The walk was led by Prof. Dr. Aamir Sohail, Dean Faculty of Arts and Languages, and Dr. Athar Lashari, Advisor Culture Promotion Society. A large number of students from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur representing various provinces, ethnicities, and linguistic backgrounds of Pakistan articipated in the walk. Speaking on the occasion, Professor Dr. Syed Aamir Sohail remarked that culture is the medium through which we all connect with one another. Dr. Mumtaz Baloch Chairman, Department of Saraiki, Sibtain Yasir Gopang Co-Advisor, Culture Promotion Society, Farjad Faiz Advisor, IUB Art and Photography Society, and other faculty members also shared their views during the event.

عالمی یوم امن کی مناسبت سے آئی یو بی کلچر پرومومشن سوسائٹی کے زیر اہتمام بغداد کیمپس اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور میں کلچرل پیس واک کا اہتمام کیا گیا۔ واک کی قیادت ڈین فیکلٹی آف آرٹس اینڈ لینگوئج پروفیسر ڈاکٹر عامر سہیل اور ایڈوائزر کلچر پروموشن سوسائٹی ڈاکٹر اطہر لاشاری نے کی۔ کلچرل پیس واک میں پاکستان کے مخلتف صوبوں، قومیتوں اور زبانوں سے تعلق رکھنے والے اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے طلبا و طالبات نے بڑی تعداد میں شرکت کی۔ اس موقع پر ڈین فیکلٹی آف آرٹس اینڈ لینگویجز پروفیسر ڈاکٹر سید عامر سہیل کا کہنا تھا کہ کلچر ہی وہ راستہ ہے جہاں ہم سب لوگ ایک دوسرے سے جڑتے ہیں ۔ اس موقع پر چیئرمین شعبہ سرائیکی ڈاکٹر ممتاز بلوچ، کو ایڈوائزر کلچر پروموشن سوسائٹی سبطین یاسر گوپانگ، ایڈوائزرآئی یو بی آرٹ اینڈ فوٹو گرافی سوسائٹی فرجاد فیض اور دیگر اساتذہ نے بھی اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کیا ۔
