IUB organized an awareness walk on the occasion of Kashmir Siege Day 2023

Bahawalpur (PR): On the occasion of Kashmir Siege Day, Vice Chancellor the Islamia University of Bahawalpur Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar has said in his message that today the nation of Pakistan is protesting against the unconstitutional and oppressive law of India on August 5, 2019. The abrogation of Article 370 is a move against UN resolutions on the right to self-determination, mutual agreements between India and Pakistan. Kashmiri people have rejected this move based on coercive violence. Today is a day of sympathy and solidarity with Kashmiris. The Islamia University of Bahawalpur organizing special events in this regard and the enthusiasm of the students is the evidence of their attachment with Kashmir cause. He said that Kashmir is the aorta of Pakistan and no one will hand over his aorta to the enemy. The impure audacity of India to transfer the majority to Kashmir by abrogating the articles on August 5, 2019 will never succeed. The Indian government tried to turn the local population into a minority by forcefully transferring the non-local population to Kashmir, due to which there has been a lot of unrest, but despite all these atrocities, the spirit of freedom and freedom of Kashmiris could not be ended. India's Modi government actually aims to turn the majority of Kashmiris into a minority and give Indian citizens the right to buy and sell property and vote there in the future to impose Indian citizens on Kashmiris. Government forces and people of Pakistan are all with Kashmiris and salute their spirit of freedom. InshAllah Kashmiris will surely get freedom from Indian coercion one day. In this regard, teachers, employees and students along with the district administration also took out a special rally from Abbasia campus to Farid Gate. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Shazia Anjum Dean Faculty of Chemical and Biological Sciences, Prof. Dr. Samar Fahad, Dr. Muhammad Imran, Chairman Department of Islamic Studies, Dr. Waqas Ashraf Bhatti, Associate Professor Department of Plant Pathology, Athar Mahmood Lashari, Lecturer Department of Seraiki, employees and students were present in large numbers.

بہاو ل پور (پ ر): یوم استحصال کشمیر کے موقع پر وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور پروفیسر ڈاکٹر نوید اختر نے اپنے پیغام میں کہا ہے کہ آج ملت پاکستان 5 اگست 2019 کے بھارت کے غیر آئینی اور جابرانہ قانون کے خلاف سراپا احتجاج ہے۔ آرٹیکل 370 کی منسوخی اقوام متحدہ کی حق خودارادیت کی قراردادوں، بھارت اور پاکستان کے باہمی معاہدوں کے خلاف اقدام ہے۔ کشمیریوں نے جبروتشدد پر مبنی اس اقدام کو رد کر دیا ہے۔ آج کا دن کشمیریوں سے ہمدردی اور یکجہتی کا دن ہے۔ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کی جانب سے اس سلسلے میں خصوصی تقریبات کا انعقاد اور طلبا وطالبات کا جوش و خروش خوش آئند ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ کشمیر پاکستان کی شہ رگ ہے اور کوئی شخص اپنی شہ رگ دشمن کے حوالے نہیں کرتا۔ 5 اگست 2019 کو بھارت نے جن آرٹیکلز کو ختم کرکے کشمیر میں اکثریت منتقل کرنے کی ناپاک جسارت کی ہے وہ اس میں کبھی کامیاب نہ ہوگا۔ بھارتی سرکار نے زبردستی غیر مقامی آبادی کو کشمیر میں منتقل کرکے مقامی آبادی کو اقلیت میں بدلنے کی کوشش کی جس کی وجہ سے وہاں بہت زیادہ بدامنی ہو گئی ہے لیکن ان تمام مظالم کے باوجود کشمیریوں کا جذبہ حریت و آزادی ختم نہ کیا جاسکا۔ بھارت کی مودی سرکاردراصل کشمیر یوں کی اکثریت کو اقلیت میں بدلنے اور بھارتی شہریوں کو وہاں جائداد خریدنے اور بیچنے اور ووٹ ڈالنے کا حق دینے کا مقصد وہاں مستقبل میں بھارتی شہریوں کو کشمیریوں پر مسلط کرنا ہے۔ پاکستان کی حکومت افواج اور عوام سب کشمیریوں کے ساتھ ہیں اور ان کے جذبہ حریت و آزادی کو سلام کرتے ہیں۔ انشاء اللہ کشمیری ضرور ایک دن بھارتی جبروتشدد سے آزادی حاصل کریں گے۔ اس سلسلے میں اساتذہ، ملازمین اور طلباء وطالبات نے ضلعی انتظامیہ کے ساتھ عباسیہ کیمپس سے فرید گیٹ تک خصوصی ریلی بھی نکالی۔ اس موقع پرپروفیسر ڈاکٹر شازیہ انجم ڈین فیکلٹی آف کیمیکل اینڈ بائیولوجیکل سائنسز، پروفیسر ڈاکٹر ثمر فہد، ڈاکٹر محمد عمران چیئرمین شعبہ اسلامک سٹڈیز، ڈاکٹر وقاص اشرف بھٹی ایسو سی ایٹ پروفیسر شعبہ پلانٹ پتھالوجی، اطہر محمود لاشاری لیکچرار شعبہ سرائیکی، ملازمین اور طلباء وطالبات کی کثیر تعداد موجود تھی۔
