IUB organized the 3rd Signature Human Anatomy Exhibition and Seminar on Clinical Applications of Anatomical Knowledge

The Department of Physical Therapy the Islamia University of Bahawalpur organized its 3rd Signature Human Anatomy Exhibition and Seminar on Clinical Applications of Anatomical Knowledge, Bridging The Gap Between Theory and Practice. Nine teams of the students of the Department of Physical Therapy presented 30 plus anatomical projects showcasing the intricate displays of the major organ systems, Gross Anatomy, Histology and Neuroanatomy . Chief Guest of the event Prof. Dr. Shazia Anjum, Dean Faculty of Chemical and Biological sciences, Guest of honour Prof. Dr. Saeed Ahmed Dean, Faculty of Medicine and Allied Health Science and Dr. Muhammad Aurangzaib Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Lodhran shared there invaluable insight for academic growth and quality education for producing quality health professionals. Dean Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Amjad, Director QEC Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asadullah Madni , Chairperson Department of Pharmacology Prof. Dr. Qaiser Jabeen  highly appreciated the determination, understanding and hard work of hundreds of hours of the students. Seasoned professionals like Dr. Ajwad Farough Head of Cardiac Surgery Department Shahida Islam Medical College Bahawalpur and Prof. Dr. Sabahat Gull head of Anatomy Department QAMC Bahawalpur elevated the educational experience of students through meticulous insights and knowledgeable guidance. Dr. Ayesha Bashir Incharge, Department of Physical Therapy, highlighted that the visual and hands-on experiences are crucial for a deeper and lasting understanding of complex structures and functions for long-term retention of the theoretical knowledge for clinical and practical implementation. She also appreciated the teamwork of Dr Afifa Latif Lecturer Department of Physical Therapy and Dr Nasir Mehmood and students of DPT students club. A team of participants from DHQ Hospital Lodhran, including Dr. Farhan Saeed AMS, Dr. Khawar Zia DMS, Dr. Irfan Siddique, Anam Zahra. Quality Assurance Officer, Kamran Khan IT & Statistical Officer, Aleesha Azhar Assistant Admin Officer, Deputy director student affairs, Dr. Qamar U Zaman, Dr Qadee ul Hassan, Inchage Department of Forensic Sciences, Mr Farhan Mukhtar Principal College of Nursing, Dr Khalil from Bahawal Victoria Hospital Bahawalpur ,Mr Naveed from HND department, Mr Adeel visited the stalls and appreciated the in-depth knowledge and team work of the students. DPT Students from Rahim yar khan campus also participated and presented the models of human anatomy.

بہاول پور (پ) شعبہ فزیکل تھراپی اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور کے زیر اہتمام انسانی اناٹومی کی طبی اہمیت کے موضوع پر سیمینار اور نمائش منعقد ہوئی۔ فزیکل تھراپی کے شعبہ کے طلباء و طالبات کی 9 ٹیموں نے 30 سے زیادہ اناٹومیکل پروجیکٹس نمائش کے لیے پیش کیے اور مختلف اعضاء کی اہمیت اور افعال کو اجاگر کیا۔ تقریب کی مہمان خصوصی پروفیسر ڈاکٹر شازیہ انجم، ڈین فیکلٹی آف کیمیکل اینڈ بائیولوجیکل سائنسز، مہمان اعزاز پروفیسر ڈاکٹر سعید احمد ڈین، فیکلٹی آف میڈیسن اینڈ الائیڈ ہیلتھ سائنس اور ڈاکٹر محمد اورنگزیب میڈیکل سپرنٹنڈنٹ، ڈی ایچ کیو ہسپتال لودھراں تھے۔ ڈین فیکلٹی آف انجینئرنگ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد امجد، ڈائریکٹر کوالٹی انہانسمنٹ سیل پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد اسد اللہ مدنی، چیئرپرسن شعبہ فارماکولوجی پروفیسر ڈاکٹر قیصر جبین نے طلباء و طالبات کی محنت کو سراہا۔ ڈاکٹر اجواد فروغ ہیڈ آف کارڈیک سرجری ڈیپارٹمنٹ شاہدہ اسلام میڈیکل کالج بہاولپور اور پروفیسر ڈاکٹر صباحت گل ہیڈ آف اناٹومی ڈیپارٹمنٹ قائداعظم میڈیکل کالج بہاولپور نے طلبا ؤ طالبات کی پیشہ ورانہ لگن کی تعریف کی۔ ڈاکٹر عائشہ بشیر انچارج، شعبہ فزیکل تھراپی نے کہا کہ طبی اور عملی نفاذ کے لیے نظریاتی علم کو طویل مدتی برقرار رکھنے کے لیے پیچیدہ ڈھانچے اور افعال کی گہری اور دیرپا تفہیم کے لیے بصری اور ہاتھ سے ملنے والے تجربات بہت اہم ہیں۔ انہوں نے ڈاکٹر عفیفہ لطیف لیکچرار ڈیپارٹمنٹ آف فزیکل تھراپی اور ڈاکٹر ناصر محمود اور سٹوڈنٹس کلب کے طلباء کے ٹیم ورک کو بھی سراہا۔ ڈی ایچ کیو ہسپتال لودھراں سے شرکاء کی ٹیم ڈاکٹر فرحان سعید اے ایم ایس، ڈاکٹر خاور ضیاء ڈی ایم ایس، ڈاکٹر عرفان صدیق، انعم زہرہ نے شرکت کی۔ کوالٹی ایشورنس آفیسر، کامران خان آئی ٹی اینڈ سٹیٹسٹیکل آفیسر، علیشہ اظہر اسسٹنٹ ایڈمن آفیسر، ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر اسٹوڈنٹ افیئرز، ڈاکٹر قمر زمان، ڈاکٹر قدیٰ الحسن، انچارج شعبہ فرانزک سائنسز، فرحان مختار پرنسپل کالج آف نرسنگ، ڈاکٹر خلیل وکٹوریہ ہسپتال بہاولپور، شعبہ ایچ این ڈی کے نوید، عدیل نے سٹالز کا دورہ کیا اور طلباء کی معلومات اور ٹیم ورک کو سراہا۔ رحیم یار خان کیمپس کے شعبہ فزیکل تھراپی کے طلباء و طالبات نے بھی سیمینار میں شرکت کی اور انسانی اناٹومی کے ماڈل پیش کئے۔
