Prof. Dr  Naveed Aslam Malghani has completed his Postdoctoral research at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. This achievement marks an important milestone in his academic journey and according to him would not have been possible without the support, guidance and encouragement of many individuals and institutions. He has expressed his sincere gratitude to his esteemed supervisor, Prof. Dr. Yule Liu, for his invaluable guidance, continuous support and inspiring mentorship throughout postdoctoral studies. His scientific insight, encouragement and commitment to excellence greatly enriched his research experience and contributed significantly to his professional development. He also profoundly thanked the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan for providing financial support that made this international research opportunity possible. Their continued commitment to promoting higher education and global academic collaboration plays a vital role in strengthening research capacity. Dr Naveed today met with Worthy Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran at his office in Baghdad ul Jadeed Campus and extended his heartfelt appreciation to the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, for its institutional support and encouragement during his postdoctoral training. Their confidence in his work has always been a source of motivation. He also thanked his family, friends and colleagues, whose constant encouragement and prayers have always supported him throughout this journey. He also praised his lab fellows and colleagues at the School of Life Sciences, Tsinghua University for their cooperation, friendship and the stimulating research environment that made this experience truly memorable. Completing postdoctoral research at one of the world’s top-ranked universities has been a truly wonderful and enriching experience, both academically and personally.

پروفیسر ڈاکٹر نوید اسلم ملغانی نے چین کی سنگھوا یونیورسٹی، بیجنگ سے اپنی پوسٹ ڈاکٹریٹ تحقیق کامیابی سے مکمل کرلی ہے۔ یہ کامیابی ان کے تعلیمی سفر میں ایک اہم سنگِ میل کی حیثیت رکھتی ہے، اور ان کے مطابق یہ متعدد افراد اور اداروں کی معاونت، رہنمائی اور حوصلہ افزائی کے بغیر ممکن نہ تھی۔ انہوں نے اپنے معزز سپروائزر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر یولے لیو کا تہہِ دل سے شکریہ ادا کیا، جن کی قیمتی رہنمائی، مسلسل تعاون اور متاثر کن سرپرستی نے ان کے پوسٹ ڈاکٹریٹ دورانیہ کو نہایت مفید بنایا۔ ان کی سائنسی بصیرت، حوصلہ افزائی اور معیارِ تحقیق سے وابستگی نے نہ صرف ان کے تحقیقی تجربے کو بہتر بنایا بلکہ ان کی پیشہ ورانہ ترقی میں بھی اہم کردار ادا کیا۔ انہوں نے ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (HEC) پاکستان کا بھی خصوصی شکریہ ادا کیا، جن کی مالی معاونت کے باعث یہ بین الاقوامی تحقیقی موقع ممکن ہوا۔ اعلیٰ تعلیم کے فروغ اور عالمی تعلیمی تعاون کے لیے ایچ ای سی کی مسلسل کاوشیں ملکی تحقیقی صلاحیت کو مضبوط بنانے میں اہم کردار ادا کررہی ہیں۔ ڈاکٹر نوید نے آج وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور، پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران سے بغدادالجدید کیمپس میں ان کے دفتر میں ملاقات کی اور پوسٹ ڈاکٹریٹ تربیت کے دوران ادارہ جاتی معاونت اور حوصلہ افزائی پر جامعہ کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔ ان کے بقول یونیورسٹی کا اعتماد ہمیشہ ان کے لیے باعثِ تحریک رہا ہے۔ انہوں نے اپنے اہلِ خانہ، دوستوں اور ساتھیوں کا بھی شکریہ ادا کیا جن کی مسلسل دعاؤں اور حوصلہ افزائی نے اس سفر میں ان کا ساتھ دیا۔ مزید برآں، انہوں نے سنگھوا یونیورسٹی کے اسکول آف لائف سائنسز میں اپنے لیب فیلوز اور ساتھیوں کو بھی خراجِ تحسین پیش کیا، جن کے تعاون، دوستی اور بہترین تحقیقی ماحول نے اس تجربے کو یادگار بنادیا۔ دنیا کی صفِ اول کی یونیورسٹیوں میں سے ایک میں پوسٹ ڈاکٹریٹ تحقیق کی تکمیل ان کے لیے علمی اور ذاتی دونوں حوالوں سے ایک نہایت شاندار اور بھرپور تجربہ ثابت ہوئی۔
