IUB students paid an educational and awareness visit to the Safe City Multan headquarters

Students of the Department of Urdu, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, paid an educational and awareness visit to the Safe City Multan headquarters under the leadership of Professor Dr. Mazhar Abbas. On this occasion, the Safe City Multan team took the visiting delegation to visit various departments of the project such as Operations and Monitoring Center, Electronic Data Analysis Center, Virtual Women Police Station, Virtual Center for Child Safety and gave a detailed briefing. In addition, the delegation was also informed about the Public Safety App, Women Safety App, Virtual Blood Bank, and other digital services aimed at improving the safety and convenience of citizens. The students appreciated the modern and effective system of the Safe City project and called it an important step towards a safe, digital and modern Pakistan. Dr. Rashid Saeedi, Dr. Zahida Babar, Hassan Mahmood were also present on the occasion.

ڈیپارٹمنٹ آف اردو اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے طلباءوطالبات نے پروفیسر ڈاکٹر مظہر عباس کی قیادت میں سیف سٹی ملتان ہیڈ کوارٹر کا تعلیمی و آگاہی دورہ کیا۔ اس موقع پر سیف سٹی ملتان کی ٹیم نے مہمان وفد کو منصوبے کے مختلف شعبہ جات جیسے آپریشنز اینڈ مانیٹرنگ سینٹر، الیکٹرانک ڈیٹا اینالیسز سینٹر، ورچوئل ویمن پولیس اسٹیشن، ورچوئل سینٹر فار چائلڈ سیفٹی کا وزٹ کروایا اور تفصیلی بریفنگ دی۔ اس کے علاوہ، وفد کو پبلک سیفٹی ایپ، وومن سیفٹی ایپ، ورچوئل بلڈ بینک، اور دیگر ڈیجیٹل سروسز سے متعلق بھی آگاہ کیا گیا جن کا مقصد شہریوں کی حفاظت اور سہولت کو بہتر بنانا ہے۔ طلباء و طالبات نے سیف سٹی پروجیکٹ کے جدید اور مؤثر نظام کو سراہا اور اسے محفوظ، ڈیجیٹل اور جدید پاکستان کی جانب اہم قدم قرار دیا۔ اس موقع پر ڈاکٹر راشد سعیدی، ڈاکٹر زاہدہ بابر، حسن محمود بھی موجود تھے۔
