MoU signed between Islamia University of Bahawalpur Pakistan and Pakistan Postal Services

Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, Vice Chancellor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, said that innovation and improvement in the services of Pakistan Postal Services is most welcome. The Vice Chancellor expressed these views on the occasion of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Islamia University of Bahawalpur and Pakistan Postal Services. He said that Pakistan Postal Services has modernized its services in a very short span of time. This has made the delivery of mail across the country faster and more efficient. In this regard, the launch of digital services and affiliation with Amazon is good news. He said that Islamia University Bahawalpur would now be able to avail the services of postal department. Registrar Prof. Dr. Moazzam Jamel, Treasurer Prof. Dr. Abu Bakar, Director Press Media and Publications Shahzad Ahmed Khalid, Deputy Treasurer Muhammad Saeed, Deputy Registrar Muhammad Jahanzeb Mughal and officials of Divisional Superintendent Postal Services Bahawalpur were present on this occasion.

پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور نے کہا ہے کہ پاکستان پوسٹل سروسز کی خدمات میں جدت اور بہتری انتہائی خوش آئند ہے۔ وائس چانسلر نے ان خیالات کا اظہار اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور اور پاکستان پوسٹل سروسز کے مابین ڈاک کی ترسیل کے لیے ہونے والی مفاہمتی یاداشت کے موقع پر کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان پوسٹل سروسز نے انتہائی مختصر عرصے میں اپنی خدمات کو جدید خطوط پر استوار کیا ہے۔ جس سے ملک بھر میں ڈاک کی ترسیل تیز ترین اور موثر ہو گئی ہے۔ اس سلسلے میں ڈیجیٹل سروسز کا آغاز اور ایمازون سے الحاق باعث مسرت ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور اب محکمہ ڈاک کی خدمات سے مستفید ہو سکے گی۔ اس موقع پر رجسٹرار پروفیسر ڈاکٹر معظم جمیل، خزانہ دار پروفیسر ڈاکٹر ابوبکر، ڈائریکٹر پریس میڈیا اینڈ پبلیکیشن شہزاد احمد خالد، ڈپٹی خزانہ دارمحمدسعید، ڈپٹی رجسٹرار محمد جہانزیب مغل اور ڈویژنل سپرنٹنڈنٹ پوسٹل سروسز بہاولپور بھی موجود تھے۔
