A PhD scholar, Mr. Muhammad Shahid Sharif, of the Institute of Chemistry, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur is going to defend his PhD thesis on August 29, 2025 in the Institute of Chemistry, Faculty of Chemical and Biological Sciences, Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus. Mr. Muhammad Shahid Sharif completed his research project under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Naheed Riaz and the topic of his thesis is “Synthesis, Characterization and Biological Evaluation of 2,5-Disubstituted Oxadiazoles Bearing Dichlorophenoxy and Amide Scaffolds”, whereas, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Athar Abbasi from Department of Chemistry, Government College University Lahore, Lahore, Pakistan, shall act as external examiner. Teachers, scholars, MPhil and PhD researchers and those who are interested are hereby invited to attend the defense.
