Vice Chancellor the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Professor Dr. Muhammad Kamran, has said that to make the field of communication modern and effective, it is the need of the hour to equip it with artificial intelligence and other aspects of IT. The Islamia University of Bahawalpur is taking steps to modernize the syllabus along with introducing short courses in this regard. The Vice Chancellor expressed these views during a meeting with Regional Director General Public Relations Bahawalpur Dr. Nasir Hameed in his office. Registrar Muhammad Shaji ur Rehman, Treasurer Dr. Abdul Sattar Zahoori, Director Public Relations Dr. Shahzad Ahmed Khalid were present on the occasion. The Vice Chancellor said that the Directorate General Public Relations Government of Punjab is playing a prominent role in education, culture and awareness. The Divisional Information Office Bahawalpur is also working alongside universities and educational institutions in educational development. Dr. Nasir Hameed expressed his support for the promotion of the curricular and co-curricular activities of the university.

وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران نے کہا ہے کہ ابلاغیات کے شعبے کو جدید اور موثر بنانے کے لیے مصنوعی ذہانت اور آئی ٹی کے دیگر جہتوں سے مزین کرنا وقت کی ضرورت ہے۔ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور اس سلسلے میں شارٹ کورسز کو متعارف کرانے کے ساتھ ساتھ سلیبس کو جدید بنانے پر بھی اقدامات کررہی ہے۔ وائس چانسلر نے ان خیالات کا اظہار ریجنل ڈائریکٹر جنرل پبلک ریلیشنز بہاولپور ڈاکٹر ناصر حمید سے اپنے دفتر میں ملاقات کے دوران کیا۔ اس موقع پر رجسٹرار محمد شجیع الرحمن، خزانہ دار ڈاکٹر عبدالستار ظہوری، ڈائریکٹر پبلک ریلیشنز ڈاکٹر شہزاد احمد خالد موجود تھے۔ وائس چانسلر نے کہا کہ ڈائریکٹوریٹ جنرل پبلک ریلیشنز حکومت پنجاب تعلیم، ثقافت اور آگاہی کے لیے نمایاں کردار ادا کر رہا ہے۔ ڈویژنل انفارمیشن آفس بہاول پور بھی تعلیمی ترقی میں جامعات اور تعلیمی اداروں کے شانہ بشانہ کام کر رہا ہے۔ ڈاکٹر ناصر حمید نے یونیورسٹی کی نصابی اور ہم نصابی سرگرمیوں کے فروغ کے لئے اپنے تعاون کا اظہار کیا۔
