The admission campaign for Spring Semester 2026 is underway at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. The first merit list has been displayed in this regard. On the special instructions of Vice Chancellor the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, the Central Admission Center of the university has been opened at Abbasia Campus. Students are visiting the Central Admission Center Abbasia Campus for their admission. Parents and aspiring candidates can visit the university for BS, MPhil and PhD admissions and get information from teachers, employees and students. The Vice Chancellor said that in addition to the main campuses in Bahawalpur, admissions are also ongoing in Rahim Yar Khan and Bahawalnagar campuses so that students from these districts can get quality educational facilities in their own areas. In addition to high teaching and research standards, the university also focuses on character building of students so that they can compete in the domestic and foreign job market and make their place. Meanwhile, admissions are being provided in BS programs in the Faculty of Arts and Languages, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture and Environment, Faculty of Computer Science, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Faculty of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Chemical and Biological Sciences, Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies, Faculty of Management Science and Commerce, Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Similarly, weekend programs have also been started for candidates aspiring for MPhil degree. The Islamia University Bahawalpur has excellent infrastructure, hostels and medical facilities, safe and comfortable travel facilities and a large number of PhD teachers.
