In order to implement the decisions taken by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran in the Students’ Panchayat, steps have been taken to provide quality food and beverages in the canteens of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. The Mess and Canteen Committee, along with Prof. Dr. Muhammad Akhtar, Chairman and members Prof. Dr. Sher Muhammad, Dr. Fahim Mushtaq Bajwa, Muhammad Irfan and supporting staff, conducted a surprise inspection of the university’s canteen facilities. The Vice Chancellor has asked the committee to provide high-quality and affordable food services to students and staff. Similarly, measures such as quality and freshness of food, display and enforcement of approved rate lists, cleanliness and standards of kitchen and serving area, availability of clean drinking water and proper disposal of garbage are included. The committee interacted with the students to collect feedback and stressed the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy dining environment. Instructions were issued on the spot to address the complaints raised by the students. This proactive initiative reflects the administration's continued efforts to ensure the well-being of students and the provision of safe, nutritious, affordable food on campus. Regular inspections will continue to ensure sustainable quality and accountability.

وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران کی جانب سے طلباء و طالبات پنچایت میں کئے گئے فیصلوں پر عمل درآمد کے سلسلے میں اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کی کینٹینز میں معیاری اشیائے خورد و نوش کی فراہمی کے لئےاقدامات کا سلسلہ شروع ہوگیا ہے۔ میس اینڈ کینٹین کمیٹی نے پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد اختر چیئرمین اور ممبران پروفیسر ڈاکٹر شیر محمد، ڈاکٹر فہیم مشتاق باجوہ، محمد عرفان اور معاون سٹاف کے ہمراہ یونیورسٹی کی کینٹین سہولیات کا اچانک معائنہ کیا۔ وائس چانسلر نے کمیٹی سے کہا ہے کہ طلباء اور عملے کو اعلیٰ معیار اور سستی خوراک کی خدمات فراہم کی جائیں۔ اسی طرح کھانے کا معیار اور تازگی، منظور شدہ ریٹ لسٹوں کی نمائش اور نفاذ، کچن اور سرونگ ایریا کی صفائی اور معیارات، پینے کے صاف پانی کی دستیابی اور کچرے کو مناسب طریقے سے ٹھکانے لگانا جیسے اقدامات شامل ہیں۔ کمیٹی نے فیڈ بیک جمع کرنے کے لیے طلباء سے بات چیت کی اور کھانے کے صاف اور صحت مند ماحول کو برقرار رکھنے کی اہمیت پر زور دیا۔ طلبہ کی نشاندہی پر شکایات دور کرنے کے لیے موقع پر ہی ہدایات جاری کی گئیں۔ یہ فعال اقدام طلباء و طالبات کی بہبود اور کیمپس میں محفوظ، غذائیت سے بھرپور سستی خوراک کی فراہمی کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے انتظامیہ کی مسلسل کوششوں کی عکاسی کرتا ہے۔ پائیدار معیار اور جوابدہی کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے باقاعدہ معائنہ جاری رہے گا۔
