Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran met with MPA Dr. Rana Muhammad Tariq Khan.

Vice Chancellor Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Professor Dr. Muhammad Kamran, met with Provincial Parliamentary Secretary Planning and Development and Member Provincial Assembly Dr. Rana Muhammad Tariq Khan. On this occasion, discussions were held on the reconstruction of University Public School in the city of Bahawalpur. The Vice Chancellor said that the old Abbasia School is actually a monumental building from the era of Jamia Abbasia Bahawalpur. The University Public School is established in this building under the Islamia University School System. Due to its location in the center of Bahawalpur city, this school is providing education to hundreds of students. Rana Muhammad Tariq Khan said that the majority of the students in this school belong to the middle class and due to the low fees, it is a blessing for them. Immediate steps will be taken for the reconstruction of this school and the construction of classrooms and washrooms so that this historical building is restored and the University Public School is equipped with modern facilities. On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor also presented the shield of the centenary celebrations of Jamia Islamia Bahawalpur to the Member Provincial Assembly.

وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران نے صوبائی پارلیمانی سیکریٹری پلاننگ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ و رکن صوبائی اسمبلی ڈاکٹر رانا محمد طارق خان  سے ملاقات کی۔ اس موقع پر یونیورسٹی پبلک سکول اندرونِ شہر بہاولپور کی تعمیرِ نو پر بات چیت ہوئی۔ وائس چانسلر نے کہا کہ پرانا عباسیہ سکول دراصل جامعہ عباسیہ بہاولپور کے دور کی یادگار عمارت ہے ۔ اس عمارت میں اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی سکول سسٹم کے تحت یونیورسٹی  پبلک سکول قائم ہے۔ بہاول پور شہر کے مرکز میں ہونے کی بدولت یہ سکول سینکڑوں طلبہ کو زیورِ تعلیم سے آراستہ کررہا ہے ۔ رانا محمد طارق خان نے کہا کہ اس سکول میں طلبہ کی اکثریت متوسط طبقے سے تعلق رکھتی ہے اور  کم فیسوں کی بدولت یہ انکے لئے ایک نعمت ہے۔ اس سکول کی تعمیر نو اور کلاس رومز و واش رومز کی تعمیر کے لیے فوری اقدامات کیے جائیں گے تاکہ یہ تاریخی عمارت بحال ہو اور یونیورسٹی پبلک سکول کو جدید سہولیات سے آراستہ کیا جائے۔ اس موقع پر وائس چانسلر نے رکن صوبائی اسمبلی کو جامعہ اسلامیہ بہاولپور کی سو سالہ تقریبات کی شیلڈ بھی پیش کی۔
