The Islamia University of Bahawalpur has announced a significant reduction in the fees of academic programs after the approval of the Finance and Planning Committee. Due to the reduction in fees, the number of students applying for admission to the university has doubled. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran visited the Central Admission Center located at Abbasia Campus yesterday. On this occasion, he inquired about the admission facilities from the students and parents. He said that a large number of students are coming for admission due to the reduced fees. According to the new fee schedule, the fees of BS Bioinformatics, BS Applied Microbiology, Livestock Diploma, BS Computing, BS Nutrition and Dietetics, BS Eastern Medicine and Surgery, BS Homeopathic Medical Science, BS Applied Psychology, BS Architecture, BS programs of Faculty of Chemical and Biological Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture and Environment and MPhil DVM have been significantly reduced. Similarly, the fee for BS History, Pakistan Studies, Archaeology, Persian, Seraiki, Iqbal Studies, Philosophy, Fine Arts, Geography and Urdu has been fixed at Rs 25,000. The fee for all BS programs of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology has been fixed at Rs 65,000. The fee for MPhil in all Social Sciences, Arts and Islamic and Arabic Studies programs has been fixed at Rs 75,000 and the fee for PhD has been fixed at Rs 100,000. Similarly, the fee for MPhil in all Science programs has been fixed at Rs 85,000 and the fee for PhD has been fixed at Rs 110,940.

بہاولپور (پ ر) اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور نے فنانس اینڈ پلاننگ کمیٹی کی منظوری کے بعد تعلیمی پروگراموں کی فیسوں میں نمایاں کمی کا اعلان کردیا ہے۔ فیسوں میں کمی کے باعث یونیورسٹی میں داخلہ اپلائی کرنے والے طلباو طالبات کی تعداد دو گنا ہوگئی ہے۔ وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران نے گزشتہ روز عباسیہ کیمپس میں واقع مرکزی داخلہ مرکز کا دورہ کیا۔ انہوں نے اس موقع پر طلباوطالبات اور والدین سے داخلہ سہولیات سے متعلق دریافت کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ نظر شدہ فیسوں کے باعث داخلے کے لیے بڑی تعداد میں طلباؤطالبات آرہے ہیں۔ فیسوں کے نئے شیڈول کے مطابق بی ایس بائیو انفارمیٹکس، بی ایس اپلائیڈ مائیکرو بائیولوجی، لائیو سٹاک ڈپلومہ، بی ایس کیمپوٹنگ، بی ایس نیوٹریشن اینڈ ڈائیٹکس، بی ایس ایسٹرین میڈیسن اینڈ سرجری، بی ایس ہومیوپیتھک میڈیکل سائنس، بی ایس اپلائیڈ سائیکالوجی، بی ایس آرکیٹیکچر، فیکلٹی آف کیمیکل اینڈ بائیو لوجیکل سائنسز، فیکلٹی آف ایگریکلچر اینڈ انوائرمنٹ کے بی ایس پروگراموں اور ایم فل ڈی وی ایم کی فیسوں میں نمایاں کمی کی گئی ہے۔ اسی طرح بی ایس ہسٹری، پاکستان اسٹڈیز، آرکیالوجی، فارسی، سرائیکی، اقبال اسٹڈیز، فلاسفی، فائن آرٹس، جغرافیہ اور اردو کی فیس 25 ہزار روپے مقرر کردی گئی ہے۔ فیکلٹی آف انجینئرنگ اینڈ ٹیکنالوجی کے تمام بی ایس پروگراموں کی فیس 65 ہزار روپے مقرر کردی گئی ہے۔ تمام سوشل سائنسز، آرٹس اور اسلامک اینڈ عربیک اسٹڈیز کے پروگراموں میں ایم فل کی فیس 75 ہزارروپے اور پی ایچ ڈی کی فیس 1 لاکھ روپے مقرر کردی گئی ہے۔ اسی طرح تمام سائنس پروگراموں میں ایم فل کی فیس 85 ہزار روپے اور پی ایچ ڈی کی فیس 110940 روپے مقرر کر دی گئی ہے۔
