A webinar on the occasion of Kashmir Martyrs' Day was organized at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. Vice Chancellor the Islamia University of Bahawalpur Engr. Prof. Dr. Mahboob presided the webinar and Ms. Mushaal Hussein Mullick, Chairperson Peace and Culture Organization and Leader of Kashmir Freedom Movement was the chief guest. Prof. Dr. Aftab Hussain Gillani, Dean, Faculty of Law and Chairman, Department of Pakistan Studies. Prof. Dr. Rubina Bhatti, Dean Faculty of Social Sciences, Senior Journalist, Zafar Iqbal Sadhu and faculty members were present on the occasion. Ms. Mushaal Hussein Mullick said that for the right of Kashmiris to self-determination, entire Pakistani nation stand side by side in every forum of the world. Negative propaganda can be answered with scholarly and legal arguments. Vice Chancellor Islamia University of Bahawalpur Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob said that the Islamia University of Bahawalpur as a higher educational institution strives for the independence of Kashmiris and expresses solidarity to raises voice to highlight the oppression on Kashmiris and serious human rights violations at national and international level. For this purpose, a special Kashmir society of students and social media team will be formed. Dr. Noshina Saleem, Director, School of Communication Studies, Punjab University, Lahore, said that teachers and students should present research papers in international journals on Kashmir, especially the freedom movement, and highlight the real issue at home and abroad. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Aftab Hussain Gillani, Dean, Faculty of Law and Chairman, Department of Pakistan Studies, thanked the participants and said that the Islamia University of Bahawalpur has always been a voice for the rights of Kashmiris at every forum and the Islamia University of Bahawalpur has the honor to organize conferences, seminars, webinars and art exhibitions on the Kashmir issue are held regularly.

اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور میں یومِ ِشہدا ئے کشمیر کی مناسبت سے خصوصی ویبینار کا انعقاد کیا۔صدارت وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور انجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محبوب نے کی اور مہمان ِخصوصی محترمہ مشعال حسین، ملک چیئرپرسن پیس اینڈکلچرآرگنائزیشن اینڈآزادی کشمیر موومنٹ تھیں۔ویبینار کی میزبانی ڈین فیکلٹی آف لاء وچیئرمین شعبہ پاکستان سٹڈیز پروفیسر ڈاکٹر آفتاب حسین گیلانی نے کی۔اس موقع پر ڈین فیکلٹی آف سوشل سائنسز پروفیسر ڈاکٹر روبینہ بھٹی،ظفر اقبال سدھو اور سینئر فیکلٹی ممبران موجودتھے۔محترمہ مشعال حسین ملک نے کہا کہ پوری پاکستانی قوم تحریک ِآزادی کشمیر سے وابستہ ہے اور کشمیریوں کی حق ِخود ارادیت کے لیے دنیا کے ہر فورم پر شانہ بشانہ کھڑی ہے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ مسئلہ کشمیر کو عالمی فورم پر اجاگر کرنے کے لئے جامعات کے اساتذہ اور طلبہ کا بہت اہم کردار ہے۔جو ہمسایہ ملک کے منفی پراپیگنڈے کا علمی اور قانونی دلائل سے جواب دے سکتے ہیں۔وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور انجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب نے کہا کہ جامعہ اسلامیہ ایک اعلی تعلیمی ادارے کے طور پر کشمیریوں کی آزادی کی جدوجہد اور نصب العین سے اظہار یکجہتی کرتی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کشمیریوں پر جبر واستبداد اور انسانی حقوق کی سنگین پامالیوں کو قومی اور عالمی سطح پر اجاگر کرنے کے لیے بھرپور آواز بلند کرے گی۔اس مقصد کے لئے طلباء و طالبات کی خصوصی کشمیر سوسائٹی اور سوشل میڈیا ٹیم تیار کی جائے گی۔ڈاکٹر نوشینہ سلیم،ڈائریکٹرسکول آف کمیونیکیشن سٹڈیز،پنجاب یونیورسٹی لاہورنے کہا کہ اساتذہ اور طلبہ کو کشمیر خصوصاََتحریک آزادی سے متعلق عالمی جریدوں میں تحقیقی مقالے پیش کرنے چاہیئں اور اس مسلے کا کا حقیقی رخ اندرون اور بیرون ملک اجاگر کرنا چاہئے۔ اس موقع پرڈین فیکلٹی آف لاء وچیئرمین شعبہ پاکستان سٹڈیز پروفیسر ڈاکٹر آفتاب حسین گیلانی نے شرکاء کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور ہمیشہ سے کشمیریوں کے حق کی آواز ہر فورم پر آواز بلند کرتی رہی ہے اوراسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپورکو یہ اعزاز حاصل ہے کہ مسئلہ کشمیر پر باقاعدگی سےکانفرنسز،سیمینارز،ویبینارز اور آرٹ کی نمائش منعقد کی جاتی ہے۔
