Mr. Arsalan Rasool is serving as Assistant Professor (Public Administration) in the Department of Political Science. He has been serving in the university since 2013. He also possesses a diverse industrial experience of serving in the fertilizer and banking industry positioned as an intern and Relationship Manager Assets respectively. He obtained his MBA degree with majors in Finance and qualified MS with specialization in Human Resource Management. His research interests span around but not limited to Public Policy, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Education Policy Reforms, Local Government reforms, Public Management and Governance in Developing Countries, Sustainable Entrepreneurship, Role of Intellectual Capital in Entrepreneur Development. Alongside teaching and research, He is also entrusted with the responsibilities as:

• Focal Person (Admissions)
• Incharge Examinations
• Focal Person (Association of Political Science Alumni-APSA)
• Member of Convocation Organizing Committee
• Co-Advisor of Performing Arts Society.

Furthermore, his academic and social experiences include both National and International trainings (i.e. Malaysia, Thailand), Workshops, Research Conferences and Education Expos.
