About

I am currently working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Business, Management and Administrative Sciences, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Prior to this, I have the privilege of being a part of two diverse academic institutions as an Assistant Professor, SZABIST and Iqra University. I have done my Doctorate (PhD) from University Utara Malaysia in the field of Management Sciences. Moreover, I have 25 research publications in HEC (Pakistan) recognised X and Y category journals, recognised journals of renowned databases, and impact factor journals, along with a number of conference paper presentations. My other research pursuits involve conduction of research based training programs, seminars, workshops and conferences. Additionally, as an academician, I aspire to utilize my academic and research based expertise for a better transfer of knowledge and learning to the undergraduate and postgraduate students of Pakistan. In doing so, I particularly want to put my efforts in the implementation of the outcome based education model where the focus of the education is not only upon the intellectual growth and development of the students, but also the growth and development of their characters is carefully considered through the emphasis on enhancing their soft skills and moral values.

Research Interests

I have completed my Doctoral (Ph.D) Degree in Management Sciences from University Utara Malaysia. My doctoral dissertation titled “The Relationship between Human Resource Management Practices, Organizational Commitment, Career Concern, Job Stress and Turnover Intention. This was indeed my first step towards a series of upcoming publications in top tier national and international research journals in areas of transformational and transactional leadership, conflict management techniques, Gig Work Economy, corporate social responsibility
(CSR), entrepreneurship, Xenophobia, Workforce Diversity Initiatives etc.Additionally, I have continually demonstrated a record of research and publishing excellence, including collaborative publications of numerous articles in top-tier academic journals e.g.
