About

I received my M.Sc. and M. Phil degrees in 1989 and 1992, respectively, from Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan. I joined the department of Mathematics, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur in 1994 as a

Lecturer. I completed my Ph.D. degree in Pure Mathematics from Tokyo Institute of Technology (Japan) in the year 2007. I worked as an Assistant Professor/Associate Professor in the department of Mathematics and Statistics, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals(KFUPM), Saudi Arabia for the period 2012-2019. Currently, I serve as Professor in the department of Mathematics, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. I have published more than 60 research papers in the well reputed international journals and participated in a number of international conferences.

Awards and Honors

I got 2^nd position in B.Sc Examination 1986, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. I received gold medal in M.Sc. Examination 1989, Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan. I won Quaid-e-Azam scholarship based on the 1^st position in M.Sc. to study abroad for the degree of Ph.D.
