About

She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Sciences & IT at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan. She joined the faculty of Computer Sciences & IT in 2004. Previously, she held a master's degree in information technology from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Pakistan. She did her Ph.D. from the School of Computer Science in Universiti Sains Malaysia, specializing in social network forensics. Her areas of Interest are Digital & Social Media Forensics, Information Security, Big Data Analysis, Cryptography, Cybersecurity, Intrusion Detection, Reverse Engineering, and Semantic Web. 

Her work is published through several research articles in well-recognized high-impact factor scientific journals. Other researchers in the domain repeatedly cite her research.
