Dr. Syed Muhammad Javed Iqbal joined the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan (IUB) as a Lecturer in the year 2006. Currently, he is serving as an Associate Professor and the Head of the Department of Management & Human Resource Management at the Institute of Business, Management & Administrative Sciences (IBMAS), IUB. He received his PhD Degree in the year 2015 from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. His teaching and research experience, in the field of Management Sciences, and enthusiasm, inspire the students to acquire in-depth knowledge of the subject matter. Moreover, he holdsremarkable expertise as a research supervisor who continuously engages himself in creating a rigorous, challenging, engaging, and interactive learning environment for his students.He is also a role model for his students, colleagues and subordinates with regard to fostering solid work habits and ethics, such as punctuality, dependability, cooperation, integrity and efficiency. Similarly, he believes in learning bydoing and doing by learning, and so ensures the transfer ofboth theoretical and practical aspects of knowledge to his students with the focus on enhancing their knowledge-base through his excellent academicand research experience.
