About

Dr. Tasawar Javed was appointed as Lecturer in the Department of Management Sciences in year 2010. Presently, he is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Technology Management, Institute of Business Management & Administrative Sciences since 2015. Recently, he has completed his PhD (Management) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in year 2021. He holds a foreign MS in International Business Management from Nottingham Trent University England year 2008. The graduation in computer studies enriched his academic capabilities as blend of technology and management is an attractive combination for academic career and requirement of the modern business era. His academic expertise is strengthened with diverse educational experiences from different countries including United Kingdom, Ireland, Malaysia and Pakistan. Moreover, professional career is elevated with the experience of trainee accountant in Dublin, Ireland and academic experience in Pakistan. The research dissertation during MS was focused on key success factors of Textile SMEs to enhance the exports and doctoral research was conducted in the area of organizational behavior focusing political perception and negative emotions of employees at workplace with Islamic work ethics. He has published 12 research papers in X and Y HEC categories journals and SCOPUS indexed journals. His aim is to equip the students with theoretical and practical knowledge of the subjects to enhance the analytical capabilities through effective research initiatives.
