Dr. Warda Najeeb Jamal joined the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan (IUB), as a Lecturer, in the year 2007. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management & Human Resource Management, School of Business, Management & Administrative Sciences (SBM&AS), IUB. She has the privilege of having experienced the education systems of three diverse countries, namely, Egypt, Pakistan and the UK. Precisely, she studied her Cambridge IGCSE O Levels & A Levels from Egypt, BA & MBA from IUB, Pakistan, and MA & PhD from one of the world’s most prestigious academic institutions, Durham University, UK. As a young and passionate academician and researcher herself, she is driven to inspire students to pursue academic and research excellence. In doing so, she constantly strives to create a rigorous, challenging and engaging learning environment for the students. Her aim is to encourage them expand their knowledge and move beyond the basics of the subject matter to a deeper level of understanding, which, in turn, may assist them in achieving their full academic and research potentials. Therefore, not only she is keen to produce good quality academic research herself but also ensures the same from the students under her supervision.
