Dr. Abdul Ghayas (PhD) currently works at the Department of Poultry Science, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. He does research in Poultry Production systems, Poultry Nutrition, Meat & egg quality and Genetic Selection for traits of economic importance in chickens and Japanese quails.

Research Interests

Production systems for  broilers, layers and quails, Welfare aspects of commercial poultry, Meat and Egg quality in different poultry species, Free range and Organic Poultry Production, Nutritional manipulations in poultry diets, Incubation and hatchery management.
