Profile Summary

I am a Lecturer at the Institute of Physics, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. I am a biomedical experimental physicist. I have completed my Ph.D. in Biomedical physics, from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan. My research interest is in the Synthesis and characterization of biomaterials, biopolymers, artificial cells, and their biomedical applications. I have published 05 research papers in well-reputed International journals and some more were submitted. I assisted many M.Phil and PhD scholars in their research to synthesize biomaterials such as antibacterial agents, antioxidant agents, and oxygen carriers, via different chemicals (Single emulsion method, double emulsion method, double emulsion solvent evaporation method) and physical routes. I am also familiar with sol-gel, co-precipitate, hydrothermal, and solvothermal methods as well. I have hands-on experience in operating and analyzing different characterization techniques like FTIR, UV-VIS spectrophotometer, EDX, and SEM. I am also familiar with biomedical characterizations like the disc diffusion method for antibacterial potential tests, DPPH assays for antioxidant measurements, and MTT assays for Toxicity.
