Mr. Ahmad Bilal Lodhi is a Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration (DPA) at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB). During his tenure in the law enforcement agency, his passion for Public Administration flourished, prompting him to transition into academia and pursue a career that allowed him to blend theoretical knowledge with real-world application. With a deep-rooted interest in the field, Mr. Lodhi has actively participated in various national conferences, training workshops, and symposia related to Public Administration. Additionally, he has developed a strong understanding of competitive exams, particularly the Central Superior Service (CSS) of Pakistan and Provincial Management Services (PMS), enabling him to provide valuable insights and guidance to aspiring candidates. His areas of interest include New Public Management (NPM), Governance, Public Policy, and Public Service Motivation. He has made notable contributions to the field, including his instrumental role in organising an International Conference titled “Public Policy and Good Governance in the Contemporary Age-2023” at IUB. Moreover, he serves as the Co-advisor of the IUB Road Safety and Awareness Society, displaying his commitment to societal development beyond the classroom. Mr. Lodhi teaches various courses, including Administrative Law & Accountability, Labor Law & Industrial Relations, Media, Politics & Public Policy, and Public Policy Analysis. His dedication to nurturing the next generation of Public Administration professionals is evident through his interactive teaching methods and unwavering commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in the field.
