Ms. Ayesha embarked on her professional journey as a visiting lecturer at the University of Peshawar, where she shared her knowledge and expertise with aspiring students. She further honed her skills in the NCS University System, where she served for three years, gaining practical experience in the field of education. During her pursuit of the M.Phil degree, she joined the prestigious policy think tank, the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) in Islamabad, as a researcher. Over the course of two years, she contributed significantly to the institute’s research work and had the opportunity to organise seminars and conferences on various national and international issues. Her engagement in these activities demonstrates her passion for engaging in scholarly discourse and exchanging ideas with renowned experts in the field. Currently, she holds the position of Associate Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration (DPA) at the Islamia University Bahawalpur (IUB), where she continues to inspire and educate students.
