About

Baila Ahmad is currently serving as Associate Lecturer at the Department of Food Science & Technology, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. She is a dedicated teacher and aspiring researcher with a brilliant academic background. She secured Gold Medal in B.S. studies. Her MPhil research was based on broiler growth enhancement and meat quality and yield improvement using mineral biofortification. As a young and dedicated academician, she is determined to encourage students to expand their knowledge and expertise beyond the subject matter. She has published a number of impact-factor research articles. Her research interests include food value addition, probiotics and prebiotics, meat technology and product development.
