About

Dr. Hafiz NaeemurRehman has joined the Institute of Physics in January 2021. He is currently working as the Assistant professor in the Institute. He bears a wonderful educational and research background. He has supervised more than 20 MS/M.Phil students and 05 undergrad projects in his career. He has also served in various institutional/departmental administrative bodies.

He Is currently working in the field of semiconductor materials for the various properties like optoelectronics, thermal and electrical.

Research Interests

-Optical, optoelectronics, thermal and electrical behaviors of the semiconductor materials.

-Study of the defects and source of optical emissions in semiconductor materials.

-study of the various type of homo/hetero-junctions of semiconductor materials for possible devices
