Profile Summary

Dr. Qamar Abbas is an experienced academician with a strong academic background in Urdu and Iqbal Studies holding a Ph.D. from the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science, and Technology Islamabad, along with M.Phil. and M.A. degrees in Urdu and Iqbaliat from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. He brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as a lecturer in the Department of Iqbal Studies. As the coordinator of the M.Phil. program in the department, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the academic trajectory of aspiring scholars. A Ph.D. supervisor recognized by HEC. He guides students in their research pursuits. Having worked at the NCBA & E Multan Sub-campus as an assistant professor. Dr. Abbas has not only taught postgraduate classes but also contributed significantly to scholarly discourse through his 15 research articles published in esteemed HEC Y category-recognized journals. His multidimensional expertise and commitment to education make him a valued asset in the academic community. He also has twelve years of experience in management and community mobilization.
