Profile Summary

Dr. Irum Naz have completed PhD in Biochemistry from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan. She has availed International Research Support Program (IRSIP), HEC, Pakistan at the Department of Pharmacology, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, Singapore. Her research experience includes in vitro antioxidant assays to anticancer research and in vivo assays on rat’s model. Most of the experience is focused on the anticancer effect of drug on cancer cells and hepatoprotective effect on animal models, which helped her to gain strong background and practical skills for understanding how drugs behave in vitro and in living system.
